Parking can be tricky in this area (welcome to central Milan), but honestly, you don’t need a car when you’re this centrally located. I found the hosts responsive when I had questions, though the check-in process was a bit more involved than a traditional hotel — just something to plan for if you’re arriving late.

  The apartment is exactly how it looks in pictures (if not a bit bigger).
  
  The stair case to get up to the apartment is quite narrow and steep, and the lift was out of service – so just be mindful of that. The spiral staircase inside the apartment is beautiful (see photo).
  
  The place was nice and bright & very clean, and located on a lovely street close to restaurants/ bars and 10/15 min walk to the Duomo!
  
  Other than that, a lovely place to stay, and the host is very responsive!

  What could be improved: We were not advised of internal scaffolding and messy entrance/workmen. No number on the flat door which had a bare electric wire hanging down to avoid. Only one wine glass in the cupboard ?
  Worst of all is that the apartment is located in a seemingly quiet location, BUT it is above a piano bar (noisy night club) that didnt stop on the Thursday night until 3am !
  Flat itself has bare walls, no pictures,books,local information maps etc, No passwords to receive TV stations.

  Excellent location, very good and quick response from the management. Very helpful staff. Sofa bed is comfortable ( may be best if what we have tried so far ). AC is available and working. Lift is available but not all step free from the street to the flat (expect some steps).
