The room I stayed in lived up to that “spazio” promise in the name — Italian hotels can be notoriously cramped, but this place actually gives you breathing room. There’s a proper work desk if you need it, and the bathroom doesn’t require contortionist skills to use. The design leans modern without being sterile, and honestly, the bed was one of those “I might oversleep” situations. Air conditioning works well too, which matters more than you’d think during Milan’s muggy summers.

Getting Around

Here’s where this place really shines — the metro connections are genuinely excellent. Amendola-Fiera station is practically next door, and from there you can reach pretty much anywhere in Milan without the headache of navigating traffic or hunting for parking. I mean, if you’re driving, there are options nearby, but why would you want to deal with Milan traffic when the public transport is this good? The area also has those bike-sharing stations everywhere, which locals actually use.

Look, this isn’t going to be the most Instagram-famous hotel in Milan, and that’s actually part of its appeal.   The apartment has a very good location — just 50 m from the metro station and with plenty of bars and restaurants right downstairs. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything needed for a short stay. We had a small issue with the flush, but the hosts fixed it within a few hours, even on a Sunday, which was really appreciated.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment could have been cleaner, and there was too much furniture which made it feel a bit cluttered.

  The apartment is spacious and convenient. The area is great, there are 2 metro stops close by, a supermarket downstairs and many restaurants around. We visited a concert at ippodromo snai la maura which was 4 metro stops away. San siro stadium is also close by. And 15 minutes by metro to duomo as well as 15 minutes walk to basilica di santa Maria delle Grazie where is the last supper museum. The staff was very helpful and friendly, everything was well organised and the entry to the apartment worked well via the cell phone.
  
  What could be improved: All was good, just one recommendation: carry your phone charger so that you can charge your phone during the day as we opened the door to the building and the apartment this way.

  What could be improved: This apartment is really really bad. First of all it smells like very very old sick lady has recently died there. Second they have ants there. When I told that to the manager that they have ants in the apartment, they just told me that it’s absolutely normal in Italy, what is not true.

  Apartamento amplio, limpio y camas cómodas. La atención del anfitrión muy buena y rápida. Tuvimos un problema con la apertura de la puerta de la calle y nos atendieron inmediatamente. Totalmente recomendable.
  
  What could be improved: La almohada de la cama doble un poco blanda para mí gusto,pero no fue un gran problema. Quizás faltó algo de menaje en la cocina, como algún paño o tacitas para el café. Pero tampoco fue un problema

  The location is perfect: 1 min from a grocery shop and a bakery/coffee shop, 2 min from the subway station, many restaurants within 5 min walking radius. The area feels safe.
  
  What could be improved: For entering the building premises you need your phone and connection to the interent. We had it, but this is something that should be specified upfront. Anyway, even if you have the mobile phone with working internet, the door unlocking system works 1 in 5 times. The host sends you a video with steps to follow, you do it and it does not work. We arrived at 2.00 am from overseas, and we were very lucky that a neighbour was walking his dog at that time and opened the door for us. Otherwise we would have stayed on the street with children overnight. We stayed there 3 days and most of the time we relied on neighbours to open the door for us. We called the host twice next day to complain about the door lock system, but nobody picked up.
  The external window blinds in two rooms cannot be pulled down – be ready to be awake early morning with sunlight. On the contrary, the window blinds in the kitchen cannot be pulled up.
  There was a layer of dust on the furniture. The beds were not made and we had to put the bed linens ourselves upon arrival at 2.00 am. This is very annoying, expecially, that as specified in the Price for the apartment we paid 61 Eur for cleaning and 10 Eur for bed linens.
