  It's a really beautifully furnished apartment. Sergio was always easy to reach by phone and communicated everything very quickly and was eager to help. We also got a day of city tax costs refunded because of repairs taking place during our stay. The location is good for getting to the city center as the metro and trams are very close.

  Very good location, extremely nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Also there was a kitchen which is a must for me.
  
  What could be improved: The only problem was that smoking was prohibited even in the balconies but the room was on the first floor so going downstairs and smoke wasn’t that much of burden compared to the quality of the stay
