Easystudio Milan – Solari Overview
First Impressions
Easystudio Milan – Solari sits on a quiet stretch of Via Andrea Solari, and honestly, that’s the first thing that struck me about this place. You’re in the heart of the Navigli district — you know, where all the canal action happens — but somehow you’ve landed on one of those streets that actually lets you sleep at night. The building itself is pretty typical Milanese residential, nothing flashy, but there’s something reassuring about that understated approach.
The Navigli Connection
Here’s what I love about the location: you’re maybe a five-minute walk from Naviglio Grande, where the aperitivo scene gets pretty intense (in the best way). But when you want to escape the crowds and actually have a conversation, you can duck back to this quieter pocket of the neighborhood. Milan‘s tram system runs right through here too, so getting to the Duomo or Brera is surprisingly straightforward. I mean, the yellow line basically becomes your best friend.
The Studio Setup
The room — well, it’s more of a compact studio really — makes smart use of every square meter. There’s a small kitchenette tucked into one corner that’s actually functional, not just for show. I managed to make decent coffee and even heated up some takeout from the Vietnamese place around the corner. The bed’s comfortable enough, and there’s a decent-sized window that lets in proper daylight, which matters more than you’d think when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights.
Neighborhood Life
What really sold me on this three-star spot was how it drops you into actual Milanese life rather than tourist bubble territory. There’s a local market that sets up nearby on certain days, and the bars around here serve coffee to people heading to work, not just visitors taking Instagram photos. You’ll find a proper alimentari just down the street — one of those family-run grocery shops where the owner actually knows what’s good that week. The Navigli nightlife is close enough when you want it, but far enough that you’re not dealing with drunk twentysomethings at 2 AM.
Why Guests Love It
Look, Easystudio Milan – Solari isn’t trying to be something it’s not, and that’s exactly why it works. The 8.4 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting: a clean, functional base in one of Milan’s most interesting districts, without paying hotel prices for services you probably won’t use anyway. The staff keeps things simple but helpful, and there’s reliable WiFi for when you need to figure out which aperitivo spot to hit next. It’s the kind of place that lets you experience Milan like you actually live here, even if it’s just for a few days.

Everything was clean. The garden is beautiful.
What could be improved: It's quite noisy for sleeping due to the thin walls and the elevator being right behind the room.Overall, a great stay! – Olivia from France – 13 November 2024 (9/10)
Well located – easy to get to anywhere on foot, tram and metro. Good restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The appartment is clean, well equipped and quite comfortable for two even if the beds are somewhat small.
What could be improved: The single beds are narrow and the shower quite small as well but not much of an issue if staying just a few days.Lovely studio in Milan – Melanie from United Kingdom – 11 August 2024 (9/10)
Very good location, next to tram stop and Navigli, but we even walked to city centre/Duomo on our first day.
Small studio but there is everything you need for a short stay, we could even use the washing machine.
Secure location with locked gates leading to a common garden and then another gate to the building.

Amazing location, spacious bedroom, kind staff. The garden was large and relaxing, and there was a good amount of plates and pots.
What could be improved: The kitchen was super small and not very practical. Also, there weren't many sockets, and the extension cable wasn't close to the bed and table. It met our needs and location was convenient to access diffère parts of the city. – Svetlana from Canada – 9 September 2023 (8/10)
The property had everything we needed for a few nights’ stay. It was about 10 minutes by tram to the Duomo and a 10-minute walk to Navigli District.
