[Luxury apartment near Niguarda] Graziano39 Overview

First Impressions

[Luxury apartment near Niguarda] Graziano39 sits on a quiet residential street in Milan‘s Niguarda district, and honestly, the name pretty much tells you everything you need to know. This three-star apartment feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed place than a typical hotel — which is exactly what some travelers want. The building itself is nothing fancy, but there’s something refreshing about stepping away from the tourist crowds and experiencing Milan like locals do.

The Neighborhood Reality

Niguarda isn’t going to win any beauty contests, but it’s got character and — more importantly — it’s incredibly well-connected. You’re actually closer to the metro than you’d expect, and the nearby Parco Nord is perfect for morning runs or evening walks when you need to decompress. I mean, sure, you’re not stumbling out your door onto the Navigli, but the trade-off is authentic Milan life happening all around you. Plus, there’s a decent grocery store within walking distance, which matters when you’ve got kitchen access.

Living Space

The room setup here works well for travelers who want a bit more space to spread out. You’ll find a functional kitchenette that’s actually useful — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation — along with enough counter space to prep simple meals. The furnishing is modern but not trying too hard, and there’s decent natural light coming through the windows. Storage space is adequate, though you know what? Pack light anyway because Milan shopping will fill any extra room you think you have.

Practical Considerations

What I appreciate about this place is how straightforward everything is. Parking can be arranged if you’re driving (though honestly, why would you in Milan?), and the building is quiet enough that you’ll actually get decent sleep. The wifi works consistently, which is more than I can say for some pricier places I’ve stayed. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable during those surprisingly warm Milan summers, and the shower pressure is perfectly fine — not amazing, but totally adequate.

Why Guests Love It

This spot works because it delivers on its promise without any pretense. You’re getting a clean, functional space in a real Milan neighborhood at a price that won’t make you wince every time you check your bank account. The value proposition is solid — especially if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city anyway. It’s not going to be the highlight of your trip, but it won’t be a disappointment either, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Reviews of [Luxury apartment near Niguarda] Graziano39

  • Exceptional – Frankline from Germany – 26 August 2025 (10/10)

    Very good service 👏 👍 80%

What could be improved: The city centre

  • Nice apartment – David from Czech Republic – 7 May 2024 (9/10)

Clean large well equipped apartment. The tram, which goes to the city centre in about 25 min, has a stop right outside the entrance to the apartment.

What could be improved: It would be nice to have some basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher tablets, dish towel, sponge and dishwashing liquid. The wifi didn't work at all.

  • Very comfortable stay. Transportation is accessible. If you have a car, You can park on the road with no worries. – Naome from Denmark – 28 December 2023 (8/10)

Easy check in. Every room has a bathroom.

What could be improved: Need for a little more cooking utensils. And extra towel’s especially when someone book a long period of time, like us we stayed there for 8 days, it’s better if there an extra towels, that can be used.

  • Overall it was OK. – Anastasia from Israel – 2 November 2023 (7/10)

It was clean , it had almost everything we needed.
The bathrooms are great and the rooms are in good condition. The kitchen is comforteble , we cooked alittle . Overall we had a plesaent expirience.

What could be improved: There are always a group of drunks in the entrace of the apartment that were smoking and the ashes and the smell went into the two underground bedrooms that dont have enough ventilation.

  • Luxurious apartment. 30 mins commute on a tram to the centre. Facilities on your doorstep. – Marjorie from United Kingdom – 24 October 2023 (8/10)

The apartment was spotless, modern and exactly as you see in the photographs. It was across from a tram stop, a 30 minute ride to the city centre, and had local shops nearby. There was a local park for the children to play in and walks. It had everything you would need for a family stay.
I was able to sit out the back of the apartment in a small garden area, accessed through the area for the upstairs apartments and the communal bins. A bonus when the sun is shining and you want a quiet space outside to read your book.

What could be improved: What we didn't realise was at night there were could be times when local adults gathered at the front door of the shop next door, right next to our apartment front door. Thankfully a polite word asking them to keep the noise down was all that it took for them to move slightly, as we had young children trying to sleep.
An information leaflet within the apartment would be helpful, especially on how to work the cooker and the electronic front door lock. However this didn't spoil our stay.

  • It was ok – Leila from Italy – 29 September 2023 (7/10)

Spacious. Each room had a bathroom.

What could be improved: Dark apartment, few light, entrance from a noisy street in the outskirts.

  • Great – Vasilios from Greece – 15 August 2023 (10/10)

    Great hospitality

  • Very good – Giovanni from Italy – 23 July 2023 (8/10)

    Modern and clean.
    Good transport links

What could be improved: Not the nicest area.
There was no spare toilet roll.
Rooms a bit claustrophobic because they were in the basement

  • Exceptional – Elizabeth from Australia – 13 June 2023 (10/10)

    Excellent location to public transport

  • Nice stay in Milan – Andrada from Romania – 7 June 2023 (8/10)

The apartment was clean and had modern furniture; there was a washing machine, a dishwasher, iron, and a hairdryer
Its location is near the tram station and has good connections with the metro
The communication with the host was very good
We had hand soap in every bathroom and they also provided towels for everyone

All considered, it was a nice apartment since once in Milan, one is not there for the accomodation but the city and its surroundings

What could be improved: The windows were very small and they could not be opened entirely, so it was hard to properly ventilate the rooms, but they did have air conditioning in every room but it was not that hot to use it.
It was also difficult to have some natural light since the windows were that small
As for the cutlery, we did not find any teaspoons; and they had only one knife (a big one, but it would have been handy to also have some small knifes)
We also did not find any shower gel.
The apartment is located near the road, 2 of the rooms are in the basement and there were 2 nights when the noise from de garbage truck woke us up.
