  Location and apartment were really good!
  
  What could be improved: I contacted them the property to send me the instructions to enter the apartment 3 times, they didn't share it until the end of the day. I arrived there and I didn't have them which was quite annoying. Also, we were told we had to pay extra if we arrived after 11, but you could enter the property with a code so it doesn't make sense to pay extra.

  Very close to the main station in Milan and very close to the public transportation. Comfortable location and enough great for two individuals. Good connection to the internet.
  
  What could be improved: Difficult to enter, because the information concerning the use of electronic key is not very clear. For enter the internet connection of phone is mandatory. The application that control the electronic key allows the enter only at fixed time.

  Everything was clean, lot of towels which is good, even was in the fridge 4 bottles of water – very good.

  Everything was perfect except for the lights in the bathroom, they weren’t “romantic”, the light isn’t correct here also the light in the main room os also too cold, but other things are perfect.

  Good space to make yourself comfortable in, walkable from the train station, good amenities.
  
  What could be improved: Make sure your internet is good! My internet dropped out on my upon check in which meant I wasn't able to access the codes and follow procedures to enter the property. We managed to enter the gate through a passing resident but were then berated by an Italian woman telling us we weren't allowed to be in here is we did not having working internet and could not get to the property. She then made us leave the yard continuing to yell at us. Thankfully the hosts called me, I could explain the situation and she could communicate with the woman and we were able to get inside and were guided over the phone to enter the apartment. Once my data was up and running again I had no issues getting in or out.

  The location was perfect within walking distance to the central station. Bed where comfortable and for the location was pretty quiet.

  I recently had the opportunity to stay in this apartment, and overall, it was a decent experience. The apartment was reasonably comfortable and provided the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The cleanliness was satisfactory, and the furnishings were adequate.
  
  Location was convenient. 10 minutes walking to central station. The apartment was situated in a lively neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation. It made exploring the city a breeze.
  
  Additionally, the management staff was friendly and responsive. They promptly addressed any issues or concerns I had during my stay, ensuring a smooth experience.
  
  However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The apartment could benefit from some updating, as certain fixtures and appliances were showing signs of wear and tear. The noise levels from neighboring units were satisfactory.
  
  Despite these minor drawbacks, I still had a reasonably pleasant stay at this apartment. With some enhancements and attention to detail, it has the potential to be an even better choice for future guests.
