  The location was good, and it was very clean, great coffee bar in the street, very close to metro station, and just couple of stations with tram to Duomo, 2 minutes from Navigli.
  
  What could be improved: The description on Booking is not realistic, it is not a studio, but just a sleeping room with a bathroom and a separate entrance.
  There is no coffee machine, not even a glass nor a cup…
  The balcony is not a real balcony, just place for air conditioner.
  It would be good just to have some glasses and cups for future guests, maybe coffee machine and some water, in order to make future stays more comfortable.

  Location is excellent and safe. It’s near the grande canal. Spacious and light-filled room. We were in March, heating was the perfect. The room is usefull for the living many days.
  
  What could be improved: Towels were very old. Check out time is so early, at 09:30. There is no kitchen and kettle. The balcony is not usefull.

  Great studio apartment in an excellent location, just a few tram stops away from the city center. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Check-in is scheduled after 4:00 PM and check-out by 9:30 AM, but the host is very kind and will try to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended
