  The location is fantastic—very central and convenient to all facilities. But the real highlight is the staff. We were assisted from start to finish with exceptional care, unlike anything we’ve experienced before.

  The only small issue (which honestly didn’t bother me much, but it’s fair to mention in case it might bother other guests) is the tramway underneath. It’s not very loud, but the tracks run just below the window on a curve, so you can hear it slightly at times.

  Milan Retreats comms were outstanding via WhatsApp. They provided a video walkthrough of accessing the apartment, checked every morning if there was anything they could help with and even had a free luggage deposit if arriving early or leaving late.
  
  What could be improved: The only part of the apartment that could have been better was the shower into the bath which was a little tight but was workable.
