  The location is very good, the staff was very friendly, the check-in process was very easy and smoot, the flat itself was spacious, had its own private garden and was spotless clean. Would definitely recommend!
  
  What could be improved: The only problem was that the water pressure from the shower was really low, but that's easily fixed.

  It was clean, and just an overall nice looking place. Good location in terms of getting around and food places to eat was decent, not far to go to eat a delicious kebab, which was amazing. Had an amazing time.

  Wonderful welcome from Armando. Clean, comfortable, and great amenities (Nespresso, small breakfast items, kettle, fridge) Easy access to Linate via bus/metro, 25-30 min, and right on tram to centre. Would recommend!

  Clean room with good facilities (refreshments, bathroom products etc), free reliable WiFi . The owner Armando was fantastic. I had a personal dilemma during my visit to Milan and Armando went above and beyond in helping me to resolve it. I can't comment on value for money as I have nothing to compare it with. I booked under a special deal with booking.com and at that price I was happy. As for location, it was good enough for my needs – close to the university area and near Lambrate Station. Armando helped me with calling taxis when needed.

  Citta Studi is a great place to rent when sightseeing Milano. It's very clean, lots of room, there's a tarace so you can sit in the evening with wine, and a share kitchen if you want to cook. All of the facilities are clean and maintained.
  For us the check-in process was solely online – got the key kode from the admin via whatsapp, all nice and smooth.
  There is a Lidl not so far-15 min walking, if you need to buy something.
  In my opinion its a great place to stay if you just want to go sightseeing and then after a long day, get to a nice clean place and rest comfortably. Round the place – there is not much to do. You can get to the center by tram or, as we did it, by the metro – the station is 10 min walk.
  Overall great place, if we will be coming back to Milano, definitely we'll stay there again.

  First, I’d have to say the staff. Armando in particular was very helpful. If you have any questions about local food, transportation or things to see he will help you. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is a bit out of central Milan but it is close to the metro and tram service. We were able to store our luggage before and after check-in
  
  What could be improved: We chose a standard room which was on the ground floor. There was some noise from people coming and going (earplugs provided) and our room had a window (with a good curtain) that looks into the lobby. This made me a bit uncomfortable. I would stay at this property again but I would book a higher grade room off the ground floor .
