  The location and the studio was so spacious
  
  What could be improved: The room needs renovation , having no reception was little awkward specially during checkout there was no place to leave the luggage until the flight timing . Also the fear of facing any issue while accessing or entering the apartment or need any support was a problem because anything happens off working hours you will not be able to handle it

  What could be improved: The instructions to get in the apt weren't that clear. In my case, as I had a room on the first floor, they missed one step saying you would get off the elevator and see two random unidentied doors. Once you oppened the door in the left, you would see the other apartments.
  
  I also wasnt a fan of the 350 € deposit but I hope i'll get it back after the inspection 🙂

  Very good position near Duomo, just a few minutes by step. The room is big enough and clean in a safe building. You can find easy groceries stores or coffee shops nearby.

  What could be improved: The towel dryer in the bathroom didn't work so the towels were always damp. A shower gel would be great (rather than a body lotion).
  Only one tea spoon in the kitchen.
  Salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee would be more practical for short stay guests in an apartment with a kitchenette, especially for those arriving later (when the store is no longer open).
