  Location is great, super close to Duomo.
  
  What could be improved: Elevator was terrifying. It’s super loud and scratchy. I even heard it multiple times at night. It’s very uncomfortable feeling when it goes up/down and it has this scratchy sound.
  We would use stairs if knew how to locate them.
  
  When we first came main door were closed on a floor, so we had to contact support to explain us how to find an apartment.

  Communication was only by phone, but instructions were clear. Apartment is in a great location, tidy, clean. Bed comfortable. Very spacious.
  
  What could be improved: They take a deposit of €350 for about a week. Then you get it back if all is good in apartment. That bothered me a bit. But some accommodations have that policy.

  The property is at the very best location, it was easy to go everywhere we needed to go with a very short distance. Restaurants, shops, Duomo Cathedral and other attractions at a walking distance even with high heels. Also very easy to reach from LIN Airport. I was there with my sister and we joked that it was our home in Milan. We definitely will be going back whenever we are in Milan. Of course if they will have availability🤗
  
  What could be improved: The floors were not so clean, the cleaners need to upgrade their cleaning skills and make sure the floors are not dusty. At least extra pairs of towels when guests are staying longer than 3 days and small kitchen essentials like tea bags and coffee would be really nice.

  The Apartment was very clean and cozy , almost mear the transportation, 10 minutes by taxi to the city center or metro 5 minutes walk
