  Proceso de Acceso y Comunicación:
  El ingreso a la estructura fue problemático debido a la ausencia de instrucciones claras por parte del propietario.
  A pesar de haber recibido la factura y la confirmación de la reserva a través de Booking, no se proporcionaron las indicaciones de acceso necesarias (como la ruta de llegada, el código de apertura de la puerta, etc.).
  La falta de respuesta a los correos electrónicos previos solicitando dichas instrucciones y la inoperatividad del número de teléfono de contacto (que figuraba como "fuera de servicio") generaron una considerable preocupación y, temporalmente, la sospecha de estar ante una posible estafa.
  
  Atención al Huésped:
  El contacto finalmente se estableció por WhatsApp veinte minutos después, pero la comunicación por parte del representante fue poco cortés y no incluyó disculpas por la demora e inconvenientes causados.
  En consecuencia, el servicio de atención y asistencia al huésped resulta inaceptable.
  
  Mantenimiento:
  La ducha presentaba un problema de drenaje, lo que provocaba que el agua se acumulara y tendiera a desbordarse fuera de la zona de baño, afectando la higiene y comodidad.
  
  Conclusión
  Aunque la calidad de la estructura es innegable, la experiencia se vio gravemente comprometida por la deficiente gestión de la comunicación y el acceso. Es imperativo que el servicio de atención al cliente y la coordinación de los detalles de ingreso sean revisados y mejorados para estar a la altura de la calidad de la propiedad ofrecida.

  What could be improved: 夕方5時に建物所在地に到着し入口扉を開け中に入る。入って最初のドアから左手のエレベーターで4Fに上がり、出て右手が対象部屋との案内であるが、当該部屋の表示無く、入口扉の施錠はダイヤル式、キーパッドいずれも無い。メッセンジャーで管理者と数度にわたるやりとりをし「担当者に部屋まで来て欲しい」とお願いするも返答なし。既に2時間近く経過し『中に入れないとの理由で宿泊を断念する。』その旨管理者にメッセージで伝える。
