  Ho apprezzato molto la gentilezza e l'empatia della signora con cui ho parlato al telefono.
  L'appartamento è pulito, comodo, completo di tutto ciò che serve e soprattutto è vicino sia alla metro sia alla fermata del tram 14 (che porta direttamente in Duomo).
  
  What could be improved: Le dimensioni sono un po' piccole, ad esempio il letto non è adattissimo alle persone alte. Però ribadisco, nonostante ciò, l'appartamento è pulito, comodo, completo di tutto ciò che serve e soprattutto è vicino sia alla metro sia alla fermata del tram 14 (che porta direttamente in Duomo)

  The cleaner starts knocking rhe door for check out around 10:30 am . he kepts calling gto go out( was very annoying after 3 nights stayed there) Fyi i left the apartment at 11:28am.
