The room feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel, which I mean as a compliment. Everything’s clean and functional, though don’t expect Instagram-perfect styling. It’s comfort over flash, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

They left detailed notes about the best local spots — not the obvious tourist traps, but where to get groceries, which restaurant makes the best risotto, even which parking spots are free on weekends. Look, if you want marble bathrooms and a concierge, this isn’t your place. But if you want to live like a local for a few days while still being connected to everything Milan offers, it really works.   Posizione, per le mie necessità, perfetta. la struttura è a circa un minuto dalla fermata di gorla, linea rossa della metro. Colazione non disponibile, erano presenti un bollitore, una macchina nespresso per il caffè, sale, zucchero, olio, nulla per la colazione, nessuna capsula per il caffè, nessuna bustina per il tè, ma c'è un bar appena sotto la struttura.

Unica pecca: il check in era previsto per un orario variabile tra le 16 e le 23, avendo paura di tardare, causa ritardi continui dei nostri voli, ho chiesto se il check-in poteva essere effettuato alle 23.30/24.00 circa (peraltro il check-in sarebbe stato svolto a distanza, molto semplice). Ho contattato l'host, mi ha chiesto un bonifico di un extra di 15 euro per questo servizio. Fortunatamente siamo giunti prima delle 23.

  What could be improved: I think it is not comfortable for 4 people because second bed is small. For car parking there is no private parking space. It is street parking and it is not free.

  Had a good sleep.
  Near metro to visit Duomo, no need to transfer.
  Arrived by car, can be parked parallel street of main street. 19 – 8 is free of charge, 1.20 euro per hour, can be paid by easy park app(parking app, standard in Italy).
  No require to pay to congestion fee. it is out of zone C, so free of ZTL congestion charge area.
  Cold welcome drink in refrigerator in a hot summer day.
  Nice host and always reachable by call or WhatsApp.
  Happy to use the Laundry machine and also detergent, i did small laundry.
  Check out is 12. I was able do slow breakfast.
  Wifi works good.
  
  What could be improved: English labels are missing on gabage bin. i hope i didn't put it wrongly. I used translate app, But not a big problem.The host might put new label for foreigners. 😉
