The studio room is exactly what it says on the tin — cozy. When they say studio, they mean it’s compact, but everything’s been thought out pretty well. The bed’s comfortable enough, there’s a small kitchenette where you can make coffee or heat up leftovers, and the bathroom’s tiny but functional. What I really appreciated was how clean everything was — sometimes these smaller places can feel a bit worn, but this one’s been maintained properly.

Practical Stuff That Matters

The WiFi actually works well, which isn’t always a given in Milan apartments. There’s no parking on-site, but honestly, you don’t want to drive in this city anyway. The host was responsive when I had questions, and check-in was straightforward — no waiting around in lobbies or dealing with complicated key systems. Air conditioning works (crucial in summer), and the windows have decent shutters for when those early morning trains start rumbling by.

Why It Makes Sense

Look, this isn’t a place where you’ll want to spend all day lounging around — it’s a base camp for exploring Milan. But for the price and location, it delivers exactly what it promises. You’re fifteen minutes from the Duomo by metro, twenty minutes from Navigli if you want nightlife, and you can catch trains to anywhere in Italy right from your doorstep. The 8.7 rating makes perfect sense when you consider what you’re actually getting versus what you’re paying.

  Nice location, near the train station. Nice little appartment and area. Raffaelo was very helpful and responsive.

  Very good location for this price, the staff is very responsive. You start the day with pigeons who welcome you from the roof. Remember its fifth floor and no elevator.
  
  What could be improved: I made a mistake to leave the air conditioning off for the day and it got cold at night. Better leave it on for at least couple of hours before night time.

  Joli, lumineux, cozy et bien équipé. Parfait pour 4-5 jours à Milan. Proche de la gare mais pas bruyant, métro proche.
