  Matteo was friendly but didn't have any time for us to ask him any questions. The timing was reasonably unflexible both on arrival and leaving the property.
  
  What could be improved: The smoking outside that drifted in. The location was ok but there were certain amenities that weren't close like a convenience store or supermarket. No coffee or tea supplied. The heater wasn't able to be turned off and the remote for the air-conditioning was missing. The wiring in the electrical switches was dodgy and if the shower vent was turned on the switches sounded like they were going to explode. There was a dirty towel left on the toilet when we arrived.

  O apartamento está muito bem localizado. Fácil acesso ao comboio e tram. Tem uma padaria perto que tem tudo de bom.
  O apartamento está equipado com tudo o que é necessário, desde forno, máquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louça, chaleira, pratos, talheres e tachos. O apartamento estava muito bem limpo e promovem a separação dos lixos dos parte dos utilizadores.
  
  What could be improved: O tempo de espera para obter as chaves, contudo, o funcionário foi muito simpático. Foi difícil de entender o mecanismo para trancar a porta, pois nada nos foi explicado sobre o funcionamento da mesma.

  Ci si deve organizzare : la colazione non è compresa. Si deve provvedere all'acquisto di prodotti per la colazione se la si vuole fare in appartamento.
  
  What could be improved: Provvederei alla disponibilità di una macchinetta per il caffe espresso.
  Mancava l'asciugacapelli: assolutamente necessario averne uno fisso almeno in un bagno ! Non eravamo stati informati dell'assenza.
  Mancavano i cucchiaini dalla fornitura delle posate. Inoltre abbiamo dovuto comperare sapone per lavare le poche stoviglie per la colazione. Suggerirei di provvedere.
