I mean, you’re in Milan City Centre, so everything’s walkable anyway, but it’s nice having those options.

  The bed was comfortable. Location was good. The middle eastern restaurant out front was great. Easy walking into Milan Central.You get what you paid for.
  
  What could be improved: The much publicised narrow opening of the door. One wine glass. No tea towels. Minor but annoying. Excess bits and bobs in drawers took up a lot of room that could have given space for guest storage.

  What could be improved: I would have liked the option to close the bed back down into a sofa as I spent some of my time working from the room and it would have been nice to have a sofa. Having said that the bed was super comfortable.

  It was clean, good location. WhatsApp conversation with the manager was without any problem. He / she was very quick to respond. It never felt that we were not having personal interaction.
  
  What could be improved: It was easy to upload documents but maybe everyone may not be so technologically savvy. Faceless living was okay but there should be an office for personal interaction also , if needed. We also felt that pricing was on the higher side esp. for tenants who don’t require cooking facilities. A minor issue was very low pressure in the shower.

  Well equipped, great location, washing my machine was a plus and decent value for money.
  
  What could be improved: As per other reviews, the bed is in an awkward location limiting the opening of the main door which makes ingress and egress awkward. Other reviewers had commented on this so I wasn’t surprised but if you have larger luggage it may pose an issue. Noise from the lift was also pretty audible so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the best property for you.

  The internet speed was awesome. There was a washing machine which was a bonus.

  The location is very good. It is a very authentic entrance. There are also a lot of good restaurants and cafes near.
  Self check in and check out are very helpful.

  There were enough towels in the bathroom. And shower gels.
  It is the very good apartment for two person with everything inside.
  
  What could be improved: It was hard to come in and out from the apartment because of the bed.
  The rules about sorting trash aren't so clear, especially with bio trash. The sorting isn't new for us, because at home we do it for three years.
  We were for three nights there and should understood how the sorting systems works.
  Maybe it will be better with plastic containers and inscription on it.
