  The property was clean and in a great location. It was convenient and easy to get to the metro and train station.

  What could be improved: The picture on booking.com of the balcony it looks more inviting that it actually is. But it worked out OK.
  
  The utensils could’ve been better and more of them would have been best. There’s plenty of dishes and glasses though. A hot pad or two as much needed as well. Also, a new fry pan would be good too because the nonstick coating is all scratched on the one that is there.
  
  Last was the TV. I suggested they get a smart TV so that you can broadcast Netflix or other apps to watch on the TV.
