There’s a fantastic little market just around the corner where nonnas shop for their daily groceries, and the morning coffee ritual at the nearby bar is something special. The Porta Vittoria metro station is literally a few minutes’ walk, so getting to the Duomo or Navigli takes maybe fifteen minutes tops.

The room I stayed in felt more like a friend’s well-appointed guest space than a typical hotel setup. The hosts have clearly put thought into the details — quality linens, proper reading lights, and that perfect balance of modern comfort without losing the building’s original character. What really impressed me was the attention to soundproofing; despite being on a city street, nights were genuinely quiet.   The location was perfect for us, & Antonio was fantastic. He was very helpful with an early check in and lots of information about the surrounding restaurants, sites, etc. He graciously let us drop our bags very early on the check in day which was much appreciated.   Antonio was the perfect host. He not only sent heaps of text messages about where to eat dinner and other local attractions, he also spent lots of time with us explaining where everything is and asking if we wanted specific recommendations. The Fish being one of the restaurants he suggested was absolutely amazing. He knows what he is talking about. The property itself was spotless and we didn’t want for anything. Would definitely stay here again.

  Antonio is a super friendly host and had a lot of tips. The room was clean and tidy. You have breakfast included in a cafe nearby the Apartment.
