  We loved our stay with Milan Retreats! This company is so organized and wonderful to work with! We will absolutely use this company again. It was so easy to communicate with the company and get instructions about how to enter the building and get the keys to our room. The location was perfect!! We were so close to the Duomo and so many wonderful other sites and restaurants. The apartment was SO CLEAN, So organized, and so comfortable. We were there for three nights and would have loved to stay longer. It had wonderful wifi, washing machine, everything you need!

  The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Everything looked new. The bathroom was filled with very nice soaps and lotions. I didn't use the washing machine, but it was nice to know it was in the apartment. I got texts from the management very quickly when I had questions. The location was perfect. I think we passed 5 gelato shops within a few blocks! The local bakery was really good, a small grocery store was a block away. The restaurant downstairs was excellent. We will be back!
  
  What could be improved: I would prefer sending the passport and final tax payment when booking. We were traveling and had to send photos from the bus station. It was an unsecured network. But, the check in help was very friendly and helpful.
