Here’s what I love about this spot in Fiera Milano – City Life: you’re getting the real Milan experience without sacrificing convenience. The Porta Garibaldi station is a short walk away, which honestly makes getting around the city so much easier than staying right in the touristy center. You know what’s great? There’s a fantastic little café two blocks down that locals actually use — not one of those overpriced tourist traps you find near the Duomo.

The Space

The loft itself surprised me with how spacious it feels, and the kitchen is actually functional — like, you could genuinely cook a proper meal here if you wanted to. The design strikes this perfect balance between modern and cozy, with these gorgeous high ceilings that make the whole space feel airy. What really got me was the attention to detail in the fixtures and finishes; everything feels intentional, not like they just threw together some IKEA furniture and called it a day.

Comfort & Amenities

The room setup works brilliantly whether you’re here for business or just exploring the city. The bed is seriously comfortable — I’m talking that perfect firmness where you actually want to get up in the morning instead of feeling like you’ve been wrestling with springs all night. And can we talk about the shower? Hot water pressure that actually works, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but sometimes is in European accommodations.

Look, there’s parking available if you’re driving, which in Milan is basically like finding gold. But what really makes this place special is how it feels like staying in someone’s beautifully appointed home rather than a generic hotel room. The 9.2 rating makes total sense when you factor in the space, the neighborhood, and just how seamlessly everything works.   Très bel emplacement. Appartement bien décoré et bien équipé
  La prise de possession de l'appartement a été un peu compliquée, due à une nouvelle méthode via une application, pas totalement encore rodée pour nous, mais qui sera peut-être efficace plus tard.
  On a néanmoins facilement les hôtes via WhatsApp en cas de problème
  Les hôtes ont été très souples et nous ont permis de rester plus tard

  Tutto perfettamente organizzato, dalle spiegazioni su come raggiungere l'alloggio a come usare le chiavi digitali, l'appartamento è molto contenuto, ma più che ottimo per soggiorni brevi. Gradita anche l'acqua e caffè di cortesia.
  
  What could be improved: Unica piccolissima pecca, è il tavolo da pranzo troppo grande e si fatica un pò a sedersi sulle panche.
  Per il resto ho trovato tutto perfetto anche se ho dovuto tenere le tende sempre chiuse per la privacy

  "Loft" particulièrement bien pensé et décoré, lumineux et situé dans un quartier très agréable, proche du Corso Vercelli et de la station de métro Pagano.
  De nombreux commerces de toute nature, des cafés, restaurants (en particulier vers Wagner) et glaciers (notamment Gnomo, le meilleur de Milan selon mois) sont accessibles dans les environs, à l'abri du surtourisme.
  La salle de bains est particulièrement réussie, la climatisation adaptée à des jours de grande chaleur, et de petites attentions (bouteille d'eau minérale dans le réfrigérateur, capsules de café…) rendent l'appartement encore plus accueillant : on s'y sent (très) bien !
  
  What could be improved: Petites améliorations suggérées :
  – 2 chaises (pliantes, le cas échéant) pour poser ses vêtements la nuit
  – de véritables lampes de chevet de part et d'autre du lit (celles qui existent actuellement fonctionnent sur piles et n'éclairent rien…)
  – la tringle de la penderie devrait être rabaissée nettement (actuellement, il faut une perche pour mettre ou enlever les cintres !)
  – quelques couteaux de cuisine pourraient utilement compléter l'équipement de ce grand studio
