  The location is great with the De Amicis Metro stop 20m from the building entrance. There are plenty of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants around the area. Try Rovello just a 4min walk.
  
  What could be improved: The air conditioning for the unit when we stayed in mid to late June 2025 was useless, I hope they repair or replace it for future guests. The a/c did not cool the rooms, even running it at the lowest, coolest setting, the room did not cool down to a comfortable temp. When the temp was over 30c during the day you need air con in the afternoon and evening. I didn't report when I was staying there as I didn't think there was anything they could do. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom but it is so high, you hardly feel the breeze from it. I did message them the day I left to advise them but 4 days later and have not received a response from them.
  I found the bed a bit too hard for my liking, everyone is different. I found the pillows to be either really hard or really soft, I think they could be replaced, listing says feather pillows and they weren't.
  The listing says shampoo included and it wasn't. Only 2 toilet rolls were provided for a 3 night stay, we managed but 3 toilet rolls would be more appropriate. There is no instructions in the flat saying an adapter is needed to use appliances, and not an adapter on all appliances, had to message them to ask, not all guests are European and understand this. The toilet is very hard to turn off, therefore it runs constantly, the handle turns around like a clock hand. The bathroom floor is worn and warped, needs repair.
  I didn't see the umbrella on the patio as per the photo, so couldn't use the patio as too hot. The patio doesn't look as nice as the photo, furniture is different and older. Listing says mountain view, but I couldn't see it.
  In one of the wardrobes the rail was so high you would need to be 6ft to reach it to hang up clothes.
  Ant issue in kitchen, it happens, but no insect spray supplied.

  The apartment is spacious – it would easily accommodate four people. Location was fantastic- De Amicis metro line about twenty steps away, but didn't need to use any public transport, as walking around Milan is easy. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink less than a five minute walk. As the apartment is on the top floor, very quiet. About a twenty minute walk to the Duomo.
