The Quadrilatero della Moda isn’t far either — I mean, you’re in Milan, so shopping is kind of mandatory, right?

What I really appreciate is how you can grab morning coffee at a proper Italian bar around the corner, the kind where locals stand at the counter arguing about football. The metro connections are solid too, so getting to the Duomo or Navigli doesn’t require any planning.

The Space

The units here vary, but most come with a proper kitchenette setup — and I’m talking functional, not just decorative. You can actually cook pasta without feeling like you’re performing surgery in a shoebox. The room layouts make sense, with enough space to spread out your stuff without everything looking like a disaster zone.

Design-wise, they’ve gone for that clean, modern look that photographs well but doesn’t feel cold when you’re actually living in it. Good lighting, decent Wi-Fi, and windows that actually open — small things that matter when you’re staying more than a night or two.

Practical Matters

The 8.2 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not perfect — the building’s older, so don’t expect everything to be pristine — but the management clearly pays attention to details. Check-in is straightforward, and they actually respond when you need something fixed.

One thing to know: this isn’t a place with a restaurant or concierge hovering around. You’re pretty much on your own, which is either perfect or problematic depending on what you want from your stay. There’s parking available, though in central Milan that’s always going to cost extra.

Why Guests Love It

You know what works here? The independence factor. You can come and go without anyone tracking your movements, make your own coffee in the morning, and actually live like a person instead of a tourist checking items off a list. For business travelers or anyone staying more than a few days, that freedom is worth a lot.

The location puts you in real Milan rather than tourist Milan — though honestly, they’re only about ten minutes apart on foot. You’ll find yourself walking to dinner instead of taking taxis, which is exactly how you want to experience this city.

  Nicely located near the Brera district with great restaurants, the Pinoteca, and nightlife. All was great, especially the warm welcome and the linen was remarkably fine.

  The location is great. Building is nice. Apartment is stylish and quiet. Couch bed and the main bed was very comfortable. Sheets and towels were very clean and new.
  
  What could be improved: Shower is not useable at all.
  Shower head is not working properly.
  The pressure of water is almost zero and you can not stand in the bathtub you have to sit and shower.
  Kitchen utilities some stuff must be renewed like all the Teflon pans and pots (all badly scratched and coming a bit off) not a functional water boiler.
  And nothing for making your milk warm for coffee.
  Would book it again if the price stays same or a bit less.
