The room I stayed in felt more like a well-designed apartment than a typical hotel space.   Despite the bed squeaking and a minor oversight during mid-stay cleaning where the ashtray on the balcony was missed, the property provides a generally clean and conveniently located experience. The tram station in front and an 8-minute walk to the metro station contribute to its overall appeal.
  
  What could be improved: As mentioned, if you are a light-sleeper, the way it was when we stayed it is impossible to get a good night of sleep. The squeaking is really annoying.

  The apartment is small but very nice and fully equipped, perfect for my working trip. Location was perfect in a central, elegant area of Milan, with everything at hand (transport nearby, including from/to airport, supermarket just downstairs, restaurants and shops all around). Very good host, easy communication and perfect timing in welcoming me at the arrival.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment could have been a bit cleaner: nothing too bad, but in some points spots were visible, probably from the previous guests. As addition, a big mirror would be useful, as well as a shower mat and tea towels.

  The shower boiler stop working and only cold showers were available.
  
  The kitchen had just a few tool for cooking and the dishwashing was lose.

  What could be improved: the hot water in the shower went off after 3 minutes of washing, so I couldn’t take a shower the hole time I was there and the host did not do anything about it, so that is a BIG NO!!!!!
