Easylife – Milano – Casati 2 – Porta Venezia Overview

First Impressions

Easylife – Milano – Casati 2 – Porta Venezia caught me off guard in the best way possible. I mean, the name’s a mouthful, but once you’re standing on Via Felice Casati, you get it — this three-star spot really does make Milan feel, well, easy. The building has that understated Italian elegance where you’re not overwhelmed by marble and gold, but you definitely know you’re somewhere thoughtful.

Prime Porta Venezia Territory

Here’s what I love about this location — you’re in Porta Venezia, which honestly feels like the Milan locals don’t want tourists to discover yet. It’s got this authentic neighborhood vibe where you’ll find yourself grabbing morning coffee alongside actual Milanese heading to work. The Stazione Centrale area gets a bad rap sometimes, but Casati street? It’s quietly brilliant, with tree-lined sidewalks and that perfect mix of residential calm and urban energy.

The Space Itself

The room I stayed in had this smart, minimalist design that actually works — not the kind where you’re sacrificing comfort for style. Everything felt purposeful, from the lighting to the way they’ve maximized space without making it feel cramped. You know what impressed me most? The attention to sound insulation, which matters more than you’d think when you’re in a busy area like this.

Getting Around

Transportation-wise, you’re genuinely well-connected here. The metro’s close enough that you can reach Milan‘s center in about fifteen minutes, but far enough that you escape the tourist crowd noise at night. I found myself walking to Corso Buenos Aires for shopping, and it’s an easy stroll through some really charming side streets you wouldn’t discover otherwise. The parking situation isn’t bad either if you’re driving, though honestly, you won’t need a car much from this spot.

Why Guests Love It

What makes this place work is how it delivers exactly what it promises without trying too hard. The staff actually remembers your name after a day or two, and there’s this genuine helpfulness that doesn’t feel rehearsed. Plus, you’re paying three-star prices but getting an experience that feels more polished — the kind of place where business travelers and curious tourists both end up happy. It’s not flashy, but it’s smart, and sometimes that’s exactly what Milan calls for.

Reviews of Easylife – Milano – Casati 2 – Porta Venezia

  • Great location ! Great apartment ! – Slim from United States – 2 December 2025 (8/10)

Location, utilities, laundry machine and a spacious apartment

What could be improved: The fact that we can't use the elevator in the building

  • Exceptional – Karim from Italy – 18 November 2025 (10/10)

  • Exceptional – Cracco from Argentina – 14 November 2025 (10/10)

  • Exceptional – Olga from Russia – 26 October 2025 (10/10)

What could be improved: В ванной не было шампуня, геля для душа и мыла. Вернее лежали два малюсеньких пакетика, которых не хватило бы и на одно принятие душа.
Это не удобно, т.к на пару дней приходится покупать полноразмерные флаконы.

  • Great stay – ideal base for exploring Milan – Honorata from Poland – 2 September 2025 (8/10)

The apartment was very well equipped, clean and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well. The location is excellent – the neighborhood is full of nice cafés and restaurants, and prices are much better than in the central area near the train station. Big plus for the air conditioning, working Netflix, fridge, dishwasher and fresh towels. Check-in was very easy, and the hosts stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp, which was really convenient.

The only small downside is the shower, which could use a bit of refreshing. Apart from that, everything was great, and if we come back to Milan, we would be happy to stay here again.

What could be improved: The only small downside is the shower, which could use a bit of refreshing.

  • Wij komen hier zeler terug! – Sophie from Belgium – 17 May 2025 (9/10)

  • Abbiamo dormito due notti, la posizione è buona , vicinissima alla stazione metro. L’appartamento è curato e accogliente – Lucia from Italy – 11 November 2024 (10/10)

    Posizione e arredamento

  • Superb – Eivydas from Lithuania – 29 October 2024 (9/10)

  • I think that overall is a nice place, but it needs few changes like the ones I wrote above. – Simone from Italy – 31 October 2023 (6/10)

What could be improved: The elevator has a key, it would be nice to have the key before to get upstairs with luggages.

Uncomfortable bed. Had to sleep on the sofa bed last night due to back pain.

Boiler to make hot water in the bathroom too loud. If one is showering and one is sleeping, the one in bed will wake up.

No windows in the bathroom and The fan didn’t work. Obliged to shower with the bathroom door open.

    A microwave could be useful
