You’re walking distance from Parco Sempione (where locals actually jog and hang out), but you’re also ridiculously close to Chinatown — Via Paolo Sarpi is literally around the corner, and trust me, the dim sum there rivals anything you’ll find in major Asian cities. The whole area has this lived-in feel that central Milan sometimes lacks.

The Space Itself

This four-star property feels more like staying in a well-appointed local’s apartment than a traditional hotel, which honestly works in its favor. Each room has been thoughtfully designed with modern touches — clean lines, good lighting, and those little details that make you think someone actually lives here. The kitchen setup is particularly clever; it’s compact but genuinely functional, not just there for show like in some places.

Getting Around

Here’s something you won’t read in most reviews — the metro connection here is actually brilliant once you figure it out. Moscova station is about a ten-minute walk, which puts you two stops from Duomo. But honestly? I found myself walking more than expected because the neighborhood itself is so pleasant to wander through. The tree-lined streets and mix of old Milanese architecture with newer developments creates this perfect urban rhythm.

Why Guests Love It

The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you spend a night here. It’s that rare combination of feeling authentically Milanese while still having all the modern conveniences you actually need. The staff seems to get that most guests want recommendations beyond the obvious tourist spots — they’ll point you toward the best aperitivo bars in Brera (a quick tram ride away) or tell you which mornings the local market is worth visiting. You know what really sold me? The neighborhood bakery two blocks down has become my morning ritual whenever I’m back in town.

  За последнее время это были лучшие апартаменты. Местоположение отличное, все в шаговой доступности. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Если хотите Азиатской экзотики, рядом есть китайский квартал.
  И самое главное это размеры. Таких больших апартаментов не было давно.
  Однозначно рекомендую. Есть все необходимое как на кухне, так и в ванной.

  We loved this apartment!
  It is situated in a very nice neighbourhood, not very close to the city center but a very nice walk to there. The neighbourhood is quiet, but full of cafes, restaurants and stores. It has an amazing store right at the entrance of the building.
  The apartment is big and nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The AC is in the living room and also in the bedroom. It has a big terrace where you can relax.
  The check in and check out sistem is very easy as well.

  Good modern apartment close to historic central sights and very close to the park. Convenient for supermarkets and eating out. Close to the stops for trolleybus trams to centre and metro to airport, railway station etc.
  
  What could be improved: Issue with air-conditioning not working, TV not working and coffee machine having the wrong pods.
  
  Messaging host's office didn't sort it out quickly. Should have phoned the building contact to sort issues out a day faster. (TV not fixed even by the end of 4 day stay.)

  The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely designed. The location is perfect for for exploring Milan. It is conveniently located near public transportation – bus station & tram and 5 minute walk to "Arco della Pace".
  
  What could be improved: Very hard water that stained our clothes when we tried to iron them (the only issue).
