  The structure of the apartment
  
  What could be improved: It was very difficult to come in when we arrived. The lock was damaged and we reported it and no body came for two days so we had to leave the apartment with all our belongings without security. We casually fond two cleaning ladies who tried to help us but as they realize it was a technical problem they help us reporting again the inconvenience. Recently we received one explanation which is not true that the lock was okey that the problem was that we didn’t know how to use it. Instead of having an apology for the inconvenience we received a message that we are stupid. The internet was terrible.

  The neighborhood is very safe, close to Bocconi campus, to supermarket, parks, and restaurants.
  This apartment is complete with a full kitchen, a full bathroom, another secondary half bathroom with washing machine.
  There is a sofa bed in the living room and a private room with another bed.
  It really met our expectations, easy check-in and check-out.
  It doesn't offer parking space but there are several parking garages around with daily prices up to 30-35 euros. The one they recommended was in the same street, good for big cars (no columns in between), clean and safe.

  The location was great wirh a supermarket nearby and Navigli within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable.
  
  What could be improved: The hosts charged my card for cleaning in departure, I did not see this extra charge when I booked. Also, there were a few things broken in the apartment which could/should be fixed.

  El apartamento está muy bien. Todo nuevo y funcional. Toallas y ropa de cama muy limpias. Cocina y equipamiento de la misma con lo justo para una cena o un desayuno.
  La localización es muy buena. Justo al lado de la Universidad Boconni, por lo que el ambiente de la zona es de gente joven, tranquilo y seguro. Muy bien comunicado con tranvía (parada de metro algo más alejada). Andando a 30 min del Duomo. Si volvemos a Milán, repetiremos seguro.
  
  What could be improved: Quizá por el uso continuado o por no saberlo la empresa que lo lleva el sumidero de la ducha desagua muy lentamente, igual que el de los lavabos.
  La conexión wifi es muy lenta y fluctúa mucho, quizá por estar alejada (se sitúa fuera de la vivienda).
  Son dos cosas fáciles de solucionar y que se notarían cualitativamente en la vivienda

  Nice apartment in a great location, equipped with everything you need. There is good public transport access, allowing you to quickly reach the city center. If you prefer to walk, it will take about 15-20 minutes along picturesque streets. Shops and restaurants are conveniently located nearby
