  Super cómodo y la ubicación, q nos venía perfecto para nuestro plan de viaje. Al lado estación central.y el metro q está a 4 paradas del Duomo.
  
  What could be improved: Lo de la recogida de llaves, todo el mundo dice lo mismo, a nosotros nos costó el taxi 15€ innecesarios completamente. El tema del tostador y tampoco sustituibles con la sartén q no funciona. En fin lo q valoramos mal se puede sustituir de forma sencilla y es un apartamento de 10.

  Near to the Milano central railways station like 500 metrers, room were clean and comfortable for 4 guests, I like bed on upstairs, over all it was good
  
  What could be improved: Staff was terrible they made us walk 1.2 kms for check in that’s horrible in hot sun, and they charged us extra (Tax per person for one night) after reaching hotel, no place to seat in lobby

  The location was terrific – a five minute walk from the train station as well as several Metro stations.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in process was frustrating. To book an apartment five minutes from the train station but then have to walk 25 minutes to a different location just to show my passport (not even to retrieve the apartments keys; they were in a lockbox at the apartment) is a bad system. There's no reason I couldn't have provided a digital image of my passport and skipped the walk.

  Čisté, je tam klimatizace, kávovar. Dobrá vzdálenost od hlavního nádraží, odkud jede metro do centra a je odtud příjezd/odjezd na letiště.
  
  What could be improved: Jediná výtka, že kancelář, kde dostanete informace a kliček je vzdálená cca 900 m od ubytovaní. S kufry a ve 30 stupních je velký výkon 900 tam a potom 900 zpet 🙂

  What could be improved: 1. while ordering apartment, there was no information, that if I will enter the apartment later than 22:00, will be penalty- 50 Euros. I had to pay this fee, noone met me.

  Fairly easy for us to check in / out although be mindful of a €50 late check in fee after 9pm.

  What could be improved: 1. they took a tax on my child even though it was obvious she was under 18. Found out that under 18 are not taxed only after the trip
  2. I've never seen such a quest before, to run around looking for keys God knows where without normal internet and with children and with bags. Maybe it's normal, but as for me this is wildly inhospitable. If it was necessary to get into the office first, then the keys could have been given out there.
  3. I had to set up the router myself, the Wi-Fi credentials they gave me were incorrect.
  4. No microwave. Of all the pots and pans, we could use one pot that was suitable for the induction cooker. We fried and boiled only in it. No sugar, no salt. No kettle. Thank goodness for the toilet paper. :)))

  What could be improved: Not enough room heater. It was a bit cold inside since it is a loft type with high ceiling. It has no microwave oven, electric water kettle or washing machine (though of course they indeed wrote they do not have these in their property description), it would be great if these were added
