Via Malachia Marchesi de’ Taddei sits right in the heart of the City Life development, and honestly, this might be one of Milan’s best-kept secrets for travelers. You’re literally surrounded by those impressive skyscrapers everyone’s talking about — the Bosco Verticale is just a short walk away. The Tre Torri metro station is close enough that you can easily hop over to the Duomo or anywhere else in the city center. What I really appreciated was having proper grocery stores and cafes right in the neighborhood, so you’re not stuck in some tourist bubble.

The Apartment Experience

Here’s where things get interesting — you’re not getting a traditional hotel room, but rather a serviced apartment setup. Each unit comes with a proper kitchenette, which means you can actually live like a local for a few days. The furnishings are clean and modern, nothing fancy but everything works as it should. I mean, the bathroom’s compact but functional, and there’s decent storage space for your stuff. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, which matters when you’re trying to get work done.

  Einfacher Check-In & Check-Out, gute Lage, um mit Öffis in die Innenstadt zu kommen, ausreichend Platz, Supermarkt sehr nah dran, bequemes Bett und modernes Bad mit sauberen Handtüchern.
  
  What could be improved: Kühlschrank macht Geräusche, insgesamt relativ hellhörig, Geschirr nicht 100%ig sauber, restliche Wohnung grundsätzlich sauber, in manchen Ecken jedoch etwas staubig

• Apartamento funcional para uma boa estadia em Milão. – António from Portugal – 25 September 2023 (8/10)

  Alojamento limpo, funcional, confortável e bem localizado ( 10 min do metro, estação De Angelis, linha vermelha).
  Prédio muito calmo em zona tranquila com vários supermercados muito perto ( LIDL a 200m), e vários restaurantes.
  
  What could be improved: A entrega da chaves não funcionou. Apesar de dizermos a hora de chegada, 18.00h, estivemos quase uma hora na rua ( mais de 35º) à espera que a porta do prédio fosse aberta. Vários telefonemas para Rommi e nada se resolvia. "Carregue com mais força no botão", "faça vídeo" e outras sugestões que pareciam ser apenas para passar o tempo. Tivemos a sorte de alguém no prédio pedir Glovo e lá se abriu a porta: Depois foi fácil, código e cofre com a chave do apartamento. São três apartamentos e os donos esperam que alguém esteja num deles e abra a quem chega, tal como admitiu depois. Foi isso que fiz num dos dias, alguém tocou e abri a uma família italiana. Espero que no futuro utilizem um cofre cadeado e o coloquem em algum sítio perto do prédio (já utilizei noutros países).

  Le logement n'est pas très loin d'une station de métro qui permet d'arriver très vite dans le centre. Le logement est agréable, conforme aux photos. Il est bien équipé et permet d'avoir des produits de première nécessité, c'est un vrai plus (shampooing, gel douche, cotons, produits ménagers, huile, café , thé, lessive etc…).
  De plus , la communication a été très simple, l'arrivée est autonome et les recommandations d'entrée et de sortie très efficaces.

  Die Lage war sehr schön und das Appartement war sehr sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht! Auch die Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr unkompliziert und alles in allem war alles top!

  Appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso. Situato vicinissimo ad un supermercato e a 10 min a piedi dalla metro. La zona è ottima: residenziale, silenziosa e molto tranquilla!!
  
  What could be improved: Letto e cuscini non molto comodi. Mancava un secondo cuscino. Tavolino di cucina non adatto e non pulito. Lavastoviglie non funzionante.
