  Wonderfull apartment in Milan, Close to the metro and train station. Easy location to travel around Milan. It is a nice and safe arera to stay with plenty of shops and places to eat. The host is also very nice and helpfull.

  The location was great, less than five minutes to the station and the room was super clean!
  
  What could be improved: Although the host was responsive they weren’t always helpful. We arrived the first night and the air con remote was missing and we were told we had to wait till the next day, the room was hotter than outside and was frankly unbearable. The issue was resolved the next day. We had also only been provided with two toilet rolls and when asking for more was told they don’t provide anymore.

  What could be improved: It was rather dirty( hair on the floor, very dirty toilet!!!!!we had to buy cleaning products and clean it by ourselves!) The tv wasn't working,had to programme the channels…we didn't do it…The shades of the windows didn't work….we kept waking up very early in the mornings,eventhough we asked of someone to check on them…nobody came….The aircondition wasn't working well because propably wasn't cleaned. In general it was the most bad experience of accommodation we had!
