EasyTopStay – Corso Buenos Aires Apartment Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to EasyTopStay – Corso Buenos Aires Apartment on Viale Tunisia, you immediately get that “I’m staying somewhere locals actually live” feeling. This four-star property sits right in the Stazione Centrale district, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better planned if you tried. The building itself has that classic Milanese residential vibe — nothing flashy, but you know you’re in the right spot when you see how busy the streets are with actual Milan residents going about their day.
The Neighborhood Scene
Here’s what I love about this area — you’re literally steps from Corso Buenos Aires, which is basically Milan’s shopping marathon street. I mean, we’re talking about one of Europe’s longest pedestrian shopping areas, and you can walk there in under five minutes. The Centrale train station is close enough that you’ll hear the occasional rumble, but it’s actually pretty convenient when you need to catch those early trains to Lake Como or Venice. Plus, the metro connections here are fantastic — you can get to the Duomo in about 15 minutes without breaking a sweat.
The Apartment Experience
The apartment setup really works well for travelers who want more space than a typical hotel room. You get a proper kitchen area, which honestly saved me quite a bit of money since Milan’s restaurant scene, while amazing, can definitely add up. The space feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in some sterile hotel — there’s actual personality here. The furnishings are modern enough without trying too hard, and the Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the space, which you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case in apartment rentals.
Practical Perks
What really impressed me was how well-equipped everything was for actual living. The washing machine is a godsend if you’re doing the whole “pack light, wash often” thing, and there’s enough parking nearby that you won’t spend your vacation circling blocks looking for a spot. The building’s pretty quiet considering how central you are — I was expecting more street noise, but the windows do their job well. Air conditioning works properly too, which during Milan’s summer months is basically non-negotiable.
Why Guests Love It
The location score of 8.7 makes total sense once you’ve stayed here — couples especially seem to get it, rating the spot 9.1 for romantic trips. You’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the tourist chaos around the Duomo that you can actually relax. The value proposition is solid too; you’re getting apartment-style space and amenities at hotel prices, plus you feel like you’re experiencing Milan the way people actually live here rather than just passing through. It’s that sweet spot between convenience and authenticity that’s honestly pretty hard to find in a city this popular.

Reviews of EasyTopStay – Corso Buenos Aires Apartment
Exceptional – Maja from Serbia – 11 November 2025 (10/10)
Awesome stay! Perfect location, very clean, and super comfortable. Highly recommend!
Very basic but does the job – Krzysztof from Hungary – 10 August 2025 (6/10)
Very nice localization. It is actually quite close to metro station and historic city center. Very nice cafe on the same street.
Self checking is helpfull.
What could be improved: Everything in the apartment was very basic to say the least. No dishcloth in the kitchen nor paper towels. Only bin was for organic waste, so plastic, glass or paper we just kept on the floor next to it. No dish dryer so there was no place to dry pan when i washed it, remember no dishcloth. Sofa makes sound every time you turned. And the shower – i put tha tap in one position and didnt touch it but water temp was changing anyway, from to cold to to hot. I had to move out off the stream frequently.
There is a hairdryer but it has different plug than a socket in the bathroom so the only place to use it is kitchen!Very good – Annika from Sweden – 6 August 2025 (8/10)
The apartment is equiped with what you need for simple cooking including a mocca coffe pan (much appreciated). Location nice, walking distance to a lot, park, restaurants, grocery shops and bars in neighbour hood. Clean.
What could be improved: Everything okvery calm appartment, at ground floor, close to public transport, would like to book again – Qisi from France – 5 August 2025 (8/10)
close to public transport and train station
What could be improved: the shower system is not very stable, so the temperature of the shower is changing when using; the toilet system could be improved to make it easier to useVery good – Mikołaj from Poland – 22 July 2025 (8/10)
The location is very good- near the city centre and Milano Centrale. Kitchen is well-equipped and air conditioning works efficiently. Moreover the host is really communicative and responds quickly to any questions and concerns.
What could be improved: Temperature of water in the shower is a rollercoaster and under the bed was not vacuumed.Great apartment – Anna from Poland – 28 June 2025 (9/10)
The area is safe and vibrant, location is very good. The apartment is perfect if you’re not planning to spend much time there. It is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. AC was incredibly helpful during the heat season. The host was helpful.
What could be improved: I received many messages from the host via booking and a communicator. I feel that I had to answer some questions multiple times and it felt like a spam, especially that I didn’t have lots of time.dissatisfied – Hugo from Germany – 3 January 2025 (5/10)
Only the location
What could be improved: I felt like I was in a storage room, the bedroom had a window that couldn't be opened, and it was very dark even if I turned on the light, very depressing. The shower was moldy, the heating turned on and off automatically, the hot water regulator didn't work. 1 television in the living room and nothing in the bedroom.
The place was really very disappointing. The only positive thing is the location.
I never met the owner of the apartment, and I only had 2 conversations with him via WhatsApp, telling me how to get the keys and where to leave them when I leave.I would go back – Etienne from Switzerland – 2 December 2024 (8/10)
Comfortable, well located, and efficient
What could be improved: Cold waterVery good – Fatma from Egypt – 27 October 2024 (8/10)
Perfect location
What could be improved: No hot water in showerGreat place to visit Milan. A lot of restaurants and beautiful buildings near. Only 15 min walk to Duomo and center. I – Krzysztof from Poland – 2 June 2024 (9/10)
Very good location and a very nice flat with all the things needed to live for a week or even longer!
What could be improved: Mattres was a little too soft – however it's my personal habit to sleep on a very hard one.
