The Ripamonti Corvetto area isn’t exactly central Milan, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. You’re away from the tourist crowds, and there’s a Metro station within walking distance that connects you to the city center efficiently. What I really liked was discovering the local cafes and grocery stores nearby — places where you’ll hear more Italian than English, which feels authentic. The neighborhood has this lived-in quality that makes longer stays feel natural.

Practical Considerations

There’s parking available, which is honestly a relief in Milan where finding a spot can be a nightmare. The apartment management was responsive when I had questions, though don’t expect hotel-level service since this is more of a residential setup. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the space, and the building itself felt secure. I mean, it’s not going to win any architectural awards, but everything functions as it should.

Why Guests Love It

If you’re staying in Milan for business around Bocconi or just want more space than a typical hotel room offers, this place makes sense.   We had a wonderful time in Milan and other cities in Italy! The apartment was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect: close to public transport, shops, and the city center. Everything was easily accessible, which made our stay very pleasant. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the great care during our stay. I will make sure to leave this review on Booking as well. Definitely recommended!

  Апартамента е много добър. Модерно обзаведен и чист. Налични са всички описани удобства, като асансьор, тераси с градински мебели, напълно оборудвана кухня с уреди и посуда необходима за 7 човека, достатъчно столове за ползване при хранене. Налично е помещение с всякакви уреди за почистване.
  Достатъчно близо е до центъра на града. С трамвай 24 се стига за 5-6 спирки.
  
  What could be improved: Това което не е описано и няма да разберете преди да се настаните: в банята с ваната няма къде да закачиш слушалката на душа, единичното разгъваемо легло е изключително неудобно, гардероба в основната стая е заключен и не може да се ползва. Терасите не бяха почистени. След настаняването получавате съобщение, че ако използвате допълнителен чаршаф или кърпа, ще трябва да заплатите 15 евро. Допълнителни чаршафи обаче нямаше.
  Чаршафите и завивките бяха само двойни. На единичното легло двойна завивка беше сгъната на две в единичен чаршаф!! . Други чаршафи не бяха осигурени. Две от децата, от различен пол и на различна възраст трябваше да спят в една завивка.
  Обобщено, основния проблем, с който се срещнахме беше обслужването на хоста. Въпреки декларираното желание за съдействие, на всички мои запитвания получих дълги обяснения и откази, основаващи се на забрани на закона?! В същото време имаше пропуски в осигуряването на елементарни условия и консумативи като, гъби за миене на чинии, торби за смет. След дълги дискусии, тоалетна хартия получихме на 3 тия ден.
  Жалко за хубавия апартамент. Управлява се от фирма с претенции, но без нужната загриженост и компетентност, нито към самия апартамент нито към гостите.
