  What could be improved: Per chi è a Milano per intervento alle gambe (all'ospedale Humanitas San Pio X): ci sono gradini per raggiungere l'ascensore e un gradino in casa per entrare nel bagno.
  Attrezzature da cucina minima: è necessario compare detersivo per i piatti (c'erano due bustine), spugna per i piatti (c'è un lavasciuga), detersivo per lavastoviglie, scolapiatti, strofinacci, oltre a sale, olio.
  Cuscini molto bassi e assenza di comperte extra.
  L'entrata è automatica, con un codice che si riceve il giorno del check-in, abbiamo chiesto di poter fare il check-out un po' dopo le 11 (per via dell'intervento) ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta.

  El apartamento está en buenas condiciones, renovado, bien equipado y a 6-8min de paradas de bus y de metro.
  
  What could be improved: La única pega que tengo del apartamento es que no tiene aire acondicionado ni tampoco ventilador. Con temperaturas altas se hace complicado descansar ya que la ventana del dormitorio da a la calle y es algo ruidosa si duermes con la ventana abierta.

  The bed is big enough for two.
  
  What could be improved: Remote check-in required being able to telephone a local #, and was complicated. We had sim issues and struggled to get into the apartment. From the second day, the key to the building didn’t work – maybe the lock had changed.
  When showering, the water flows through the toilet area and down into the main room.
  No air conditioner – in Milan, really? At this price? If you open the window, there are a few mosquitoes plus the sound of the 5am garbage man.
  Owner was not responsive after we finally got checked in.

  Posizione della struttura strategica per chi, come me, ha avuto necessità di recarsi presso la clinica Humanitas in via dei Nava 31.
  La casa è molto accogliente avendo tutto il necessario anche per pochi giorni…dotata di un fornetto e piastre elettriche che permettono di cucinare cibi veloci.
  Struttura all'interno di una corte intima e silenziosa.
  Punto in più per il self check-in che permette maggiore flessibilità all'ospite e all'host.
  
  What could be improved: Peccato non fare trovare agli ospiti dell'acqua e la mancanza di un condizionatore caldo freddo.
  Ho soggiornato nel mese di maggio, ma la giornata non era particolarmente calda…non avendo, appunto, un condizionatore sarebbe stato auspicabile avere delle coperte extra di "emergenza". Inoltre, sarebbero graditi ulteriori cuscini per maggior confort…
  Prezzo, date le circostanze e la vicinanza alla clinica, è in linea con altre strutture in zona

  Lo que mas me gusto fue la cama, muy cómoda, el acceso al metro/autobus muy bien ubicado.

  The apartment had so many things that made my stay comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. It had a washing machine and a drying rack, I could do my washing because the host provided a laundry pod. There was coffee and tea. I had a very comfortable stay.
