  Super clean, good location an easy half hour walk from Milano Centrale. Antonio is an attentive host. The cleaner forgot to leave a quilt or blanket which was an awkward discovery after dinner but Antonio’s responsiveness was excellent and he assured us it would not get too cold for comfort and even though it was not a particularly warm day, he was correct. Antonio’s instructions for entry and exit were also very clear and accompanied by helpful videos. We looked up the bistro restaurant he recommended and got an automatic 20% discount on a la carte when we booked online.
  
  What could be improved: Google takes you to the wrong side of the building. It’s a walk/drive around the block to find the actual entrance as shown in Antonio’s instructions.

  A really nice apartment very close to the railway station (6 min flat walk) which was convenient (but not too close that it was in a dodgy area), the apartment is also in easy walking distance to the Brera district which has a great vibe and lots of good eating and shopping. a great little kitchen set up and a good bathroom with a nice warm shower with good pressure. The bed was very big and comfortable.
  Our host was very easy to contact and was super helpful regarding helping us to find the location of the property which is a little tricky without detailed directions which were supplied well ahead of time complete with photos and video directions on how to work the lockable door keypad.
  
  What could be improved: Coming from the southern hemisphere we are not used to internal temperature controlled heating/cooling and we struggled a little to get the room temperature right – but I think that was our stupidity not the system.

The room itself was clean, spacious, and stylish, with a modern aesthetic that made it feel very welcoming. Even though I was traveling alone, the space would easily be comfortable for two people. A standout aspect was the exceptional service from Alberto, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay—from check-in to check-out. He was always just a message away and replied almost instantly.
  
  What could be improved: The entrance was a little tricky to find, especially since Google Maps doesn’t show its exact location and it’s slightly tucked away. Also, the cleaning fee was quite high at €60, which was more than the price of one night—so it’s definitely something to double-check before finalizing your booking.
