  What could be improved: Air Con wasn’t massively cold. Kettle didn’t work. There was some kind of alarm plugged in that kept beeping. Kitchen facilities a bit limited if you were going to prepare a meal. Shower door didn’t close properly so it soaked the floor unless you angled it a certain way.

  Best part about this apt is location, it’s 7 min walk to the Duomo and is located on shopping street.
  Has gorgeous view.
  Check in was smooth, they let us check in much earlier, which was so nice of them

  The location is great, 7 minutes from the cathedral. There is a store downstairs, which is highly recommended for first time visitors or those who like shopping.

  The location is perfect. A few steps and you're already situated in the shopping area. There's a pub/restaurant in front of the building. Duomo church is just 5 minutes away. I was traveling with my mom and dad, they're senior citizens. If you want to stay near the shopping centers, duomo, etc.. this place is highly recommended as you don't have to commute to get to the center of Milan. The beds are very comfortable. the place is spacious. The place could use some more light though.
  
  What could be improved: Well the instructions given during check-in were not pretty clear, it was kinda complicated. (this was solved as the contact person was very responsive). The digital lock on the doorknob was not that convenient all the time (cause what if you run out of data). The bathrooms don't have a lock.

  1. The property is amazing just it is like a home away from home.
  2. the apartment is spacious.
  3. The view from the balcony is lively you can see the whole shopping street of Via Torino
  4. Duomo Di Milano is in your footsteps
  5. unlike other apartment agencies Italian residencies provide all the kitchen amenities and they are really considerate as you can find cooking oil, coffee, and all the essentials you need for your daily life.
  6. The bedrooms are clean cozy warm and trust me you will sleep like a baby
  7. the location of the apartment is right near DUOMO DI MILANO AND ALL THE SHOPPING ALL THE FAMOUS RESTAURANTS ARE THERE
  8. Carrefour express is just 5 minute's walk from the apartment so you can buy all the groceries you need.
  9. the apartment is near to the M! metro access so the mode of transport is very easy.
  
  What could be improved: Some of the Cons:
  1. the bathroom does not have the key so we had to hang a thread to let other guests know that somebody is in the bathroom.
  2. The washing machine does not have a water inlet or outlet.
