The Room Experience

My room on the eighth floor lived up to that “skyline” promise in the hotel name. The floor-to-ceiling windows frame the city beautifully — especially at sunset when Milan’s mix of historical and modern buildings creates these amazing silhouettes. The bed was properly comfortable (not too soft, not too firm), and I appreciated the blackout curtains for sleeping in. The bathroom felt spacious for a four-star property, with a rainfall shower that had actual water pressure.

Dining and Daily Rhythms

The breakfast situation deserves a mention — it’s one of those buffets where they clearly put thought into quality rather than just quantity. Fresh pastries, decent coffee, and they rotate the hot options throughout the week. The hotel restaurant surprised me too; I wasn’t expecting much, but their evening menu leans into modern Italian cuisine without being pretentious about it. Pro tip: the aperitivo hour on their terrace is worth timing your day around.

  Fabio was an excellent host. He was very responsive to all our needs. The room had a beautiful view of Milan and the subway was very close by where you can reach important sites. The room was clean and we had access to a kitchen that was available to all guests with a few snacks.

  Everything. It is a very specious apartment. 2 floors, with a nice sofa, a great kitchen, there is a laundry mchine, a coffee machine and more….

  The check-in process was seamless, and my room was immaculate — spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The housekeeping team deserves special praise for their attention to detail and the immaculate presentation each day.
  
  The restaurant staff were attentive, courteous, and made sure every guest was well looked after.
  
  What truly stood out was the overall atmosphere — calm, refined, and relaxing. Whether it was simply admiring the view from my room, every moment felt like pure indulgence.
  
  I also want to commend the management team for maintaining such high standards across every aspect of the hotel. It’s rare to find a place where service, comfort, and elegance come together so perfectly.

  Great location, right next to Sondrio metro stop. The place was very clean, the WiFi was fast, the area around the hotel is good and safe. Also the building is very nice with a red carpet. We will consider it for another stay when in Milan. The option of the luggage storage was appreciated.

  I arrived much earlier than the regular check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed. Despite the rainy weather, they kindly offered me hot tea and cookies and showed me a comfortable place to wait until the room was ready. While I went out for a short walk after leaving my luggage, they cleaned my room first so I could check in early and rest.
  One of the surprising details was that there were even indoor slippers prepared inside the closet.
  Everything was not only kind and thoughtful but also very well maintained — the interior design and cleanliness were excellent. On my last day, they even helped carry my luggage down to the first floor, making my departure easy and pleasant. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.
