The bathroom was modern and the shower had proper water pressure, which you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue in European hotels. Air conditioning worked well too, which matters if you’re visiting during Milan’s sticky summers.

The staff here actually seem to care, which isn’t something I take for granted anymore. They’ll help you figure out directions without making you feel like you’re bothering them.   What could be improved: Ho preso l'appartamento oltre che x la vicinanza al Besta per le recensioni sulla pulizia… Io ho un altro concetto di pulizia, ordinato si pulito no, il lavandino del bagno tappato, sotto ad esso il coperchio di uno spazzolino…briciole di chissà chi nel tavolino in soggiorno, forno sporco, tovaglia in cotone in cucina sporca. Se posso permettermi darei dei piccoli suggerimenti per rendere l"appartamento eccezionale, a parte curare un po' di più la pulizia, visto che c'è la macchinetta del caffè magari lasciare anche 2/3 cialde, c'è il bollitore sarebbe carino lasciare anche delle bustine di te/ tisane, le bustine dello zucchero, un altro consiglio potrebbe essere quello di mettere anche un piccolo forno a microonde, eliminare la tovaglia di cotone, meglio una in plastica più pratica e più igienica. Sono stata a Milano per delle terapie mediche e trovare queste "coccole" avrebbe reso la permanenza sicuramente migliore.

  The location was perfect for doing research at the Forensic Anthropology museum nearby. The apartment is very cute and had all the amenities we needed for an extended stay with my family. There is a Carrefore express immediately across the street, which was quite convenient, and there were many restaurants, shops and playgrounds nearby including Art Cafe on the first floor of the building where you could get an espresso or a spritz from a friendly family. It is about a 40 minute walk to the central train station, but there were multiple public transit options to get there if you did not want to walk.
  
  What could be improved: The AC was great in the living room and kitchen, but there was nothing in the bedroom and it got quite hot at night. We bought a fan for the bedroom and left it there for future guests.
