Your Room Experience

The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d want from a well-run three-star — thoughtfully designed without unnecessary frills. The bed was genuinely comfortable, and I mean that; I’ve paid twice as much for places where I barely slept. They’ve got good WiFi, decent storage space, and a bathroom that’s compact but functional. You know what impressed me most? The soundproofing actually works, even though you’re on a city street.

Getting Around and Eating

Metro connections are solid from here — you can reach the Duomo in about 20 minutes, which is honestly faster than from some “central” hotels once you factor in walking to stations. There’s a Carrefour practically next door if you need supplies, and the restaurant scene in the immediate area leans toward genuine neighborhood spots rather than tourist traps. I had some of my best meals within a few blocks, places where the menus weren’t even translated into English.
