Ferrari Apartment Overview
First Impressions
Stepping into Ferrari Apartment feels more like visiting a friend’s stylish city pad than checking into a typical hotel. This three-star gem sits right on Via Gaudenzio Ferrari, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better — you’re smack in the heart of Milan but tucked away on a quieter street that locals actually use. The building has that classic Milanese charm, you know, the kind with beautiful old facades that make you want to take photos even before you get inside.
The Space Itself
What strikes you first is how the apartment manages to feel both compact and surprisingly spacious. The layout is smart — whoever designed this really understood how travelers actually live. There’s a proper kitchenette that’s not just for show, which is rare in Milan’s city center, and the main room flows naturally between sleeping and living areas. The furnishings are modern but not cold, with touches that feel distinctly Italian without being cliché.
Location Perks
Here’s what I love about this spot — you can walk to the Duomo in about ten minutes, but you’re not dealing with the constant tourist chaos. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of residential calm and urban energy. There’s a fantastic coffee bar literally around the corner where you’ll see the same faces every morning, and the evening aperitivo scene on nearby streets is exactly what you’d hope for in Milan.
Practical Matters
The parking situation is actually manageable here, which anyone who’s driven in Milan will tell you is no small feat. Public transport connections are solid — the metro isn’t far, and you’ve got several tram lines that’ll get you wherever you need to go. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays at night, despite being so central. I mean, you’ll still hear the city, but it’s more like a gentle hum than the usual urban soundtrack.
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it doesn’t try too hard. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not — just a well-thought-out space in an excellent location with everything you actually need. The value proposition makes sense, especially for Milan where accommodation can get expensive fast. You get the independence of an apartment with the reliability of a hotel, plus you’re staying somewhere that feels authentically Milanese rather than generically international.
Apartments in Milan suit families with balcony windows, full kitchens, and sunset strolls through Sempione Park gardens.

Reviews of Ferrari Apartment
Very good – Franciska from United States – 6 October 2025 (8/10)
Very big apartment very good location
Overall, it was good. – Altybaeva from Kyrgyzstan – 11 November 2024 (7/10)
Location is great, but very noisy.
What could be improved: The bathroom still has mold. The radiators were cold.4 day visit to Milan – Norberto from United Kingdom – 18 September 2024 (9/10)
The space was big & a good flow to it. Although it has the mezzanine, I was just too tall to take advantage!
Everything you needed was there & an info pack about places to eat & shop for food was included.
Loads of cupboard space, bathroom was functional (washing machine in there too – bit close to the toilet seat, but manageable.
Bed was comfortable.
I got a bit lost, but found the apartment eventually!
Instructions given by email for getting into the property are slightly baffling, but if you take your time, you'll get there (for instance: press number *given in details* & press bell, but there is NO bell – I think they mean to press the buzzer under the camera for access). After that, it's getting into the apartment – that wasn't as tricky, but still….
What could be improved: Though there was a kettle, coffee machine, microwave & toaster, none were usable (think there was an issue with the extension). I did report it & the team are looking into it for future guests.
Bedroom backs on to the main street & there is inevitably noise from passers by & traffic.
There is a metal roller shutter, which blocks out the light, which helps a bit.
I'm a light sleeper, but if you're not, it will be fine.Superb – Einarlillesand from Norway – 16 July 2024 (9/10)
Nice location.
Nice apartment.
Good serviceFerrari joyride – Onur from Turkey – 1 December 2023 (8/10)
Nicely renovated place which has all you need. At the edge of Navigli (cool part for bars and restaurants rather than fancy Milano shopping streets) and very close to tram and metro stations. Self check in seemed complicated in the description but turned out very straightforward. You need a data plan on your phone tho.
What could be improved: The heater was off when we arrived and the place was a bit cold. After turning on, it is not easy to adjust. Can be really hot. Also in the shower, the water temperature is not very stable.Super comfortable, great location to enjoy Milan. – Kate from United Kingdom – 24 October 2023 (8/10)
Funky and well-appointed apartment. Good location for bars near canal. It’s a super area. Spacious inside with decent duvets etc. Coffee machine was welcome. Drawback- Check-in was fiddly (as was all done remotely with links within emails) but luckily the management company were on hand to help. Next time, I’d pay for assisted check-in. Our teenagers liked it and we would return.
What could be improved: Check-in done using virtual links really didn’t suit us but understand it may just be us 😂
On arrival the boiler was off, instructions for this would have been welcome as accessing hot water/ heating was unclear.Apartment was well appointed but the shower needs attention. Lots of mould in the tile walls. – Richard from Canada – 7 October 2023 (8/10)
Location was okay.
What could be improved: Accessing the apartment using self check-in was terrible. We had to contact someone to let us in. He was very helpful.Superb – Paula from Germany – 28 August 2023 (9/10)
Good apartment and well equipped. Good location and easy access to the place.
What could be improved: The sofa bed is not very comfortable, but the rest of the apartment is well equipped and was very clean when we arrived. I recommend it!Great property, location & facilities – Amelia from United Kingdom – 9 August 2023 (9/10)
This property had everything we needed! Great location which was close to the metro, tram and bus stops. Lovely and clean property and extremely attentive owner that communicates excellently! Definitely reccomend!
Lovely central location within easy walking distance to public transport and restaurants – Sharyn from Australia – 2 August 2023 (8/10)
Interesting layout with loft bedroom, washing machine, full kitchen
What could be improved: Couldn’t get in the street front gate. Shop owner let us in. Once we got in the room a key allowed us in easily
