  The location is absolutely great! beautiful view from every window ! very clean , very modern, airconditioned apartment. there's a lift, communication was quick and responsive. overall a great recommendation for a stay in Milano .
  
  What could be improved: Checkout required at 10 already on a Sunday, which we found a bit too early *was given extra hour after we asked. there are no living room furniture , only 1 sofa . would highly recommend them to invest a bit more to make it comfy like add a coffee table and another sofa or lounge chair . and bed linen had only sheets under the blankets ,we found it not very hygiene. no electric kettle for tea etc, there is just an espresso machine . but overall we would go back. those are just improvement comments.

  Die Wohnung war charmant in einem alten Gebäude und zugleich modern renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Schöner Blick auf den Piazza Santo Stefano. Sehr nettes Viertel mit Restaurants und Bars an der Uni. Wenige Minuten zu Fuss zu Dom und Modeviertel. Der Gastgeber war zuverlässig und sehr nett. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

  Это потрясающая светлая квартира. Нереальный вид из окон. До главного собора минут 5 пешком. Очень тихо, не смотря на близость к центру. По утрам поют птицы. Современный лифт. Закрытый, очень приличный двор. Дома безупречно чисто. Есть балкон в зеленый внутренний двор. В квартире есть вся необходимая техника, оборудование и средства. Продуктовый магазин в 1 минуте, как и отличные кафе. Также в 1й минуте платная городская парковка. Хозяин просто замечательный, со всем помог, дал полезные советы. Обязательно вернемся снова.
