  The hotel was really clean, but unfortunately, the bed was extremely noisy. Every time I turned in my sleep, the noise would wake me up completely, and I had to sit up — I didn’t get any restful sleep during these four nights.
  
  Also, at check-in, although I had informed them that I would be arriving early, they showed absolutely no flexibility and kept me waiting outside the building in 35°C heat for half an hour. They handed over the unit strictly at 3 PM, even though it was already vacant and could have been given earlier.
  
  Compared to my experience with other hotels, I found this approach extremely rigid and impolite.

  The unit was spacious, with the kitchen and living room in the center of the suite, and 2 separate bathroom and 2 bedroom. The neighbour has many food option, it is a very friendly area, and my family enjoyed the stay.
  
  What could be improved: There's Air Conditioning in the property, but the landlord did not deliver the remote to us during our stay… Glad that the weather was mild, so it was still a very comfortable stay.

  Clean and comfortable accommodation in a convenient location close to tram and subway. Good communication with host when necessary. Would highly recommend for couples or even a small family.
