My room was on the third floor facing the courtyard — definitely ask for this if you’re sensitive to noise, because the street-facing ones can get lively until late. The space was clean and functional with decent Wi-Fi, though the bathroom was one of those compact European setups where you need to plan your movements. What surprised me was how well the air conditioning worked during my July visit, and the beds were actually comfortable — sometimes you don’t know what you’re going to get with smaller Italian hotels.

The breakfast situation is pretty straightforward — continental style with decent coffee and fresh pastries from a local bakery. Nothing revolutionary, but it gets you going for the day. There’s no restaurant on-site, but honestly, being in Milan means you want to eat out anyway. The staff at reception were helpful with restaurant recommendations and actually knew the neighborhood well enough to suggest places beyond the obvious tourist spots. They also sorted out my parking situation — there’s a garage about two blocks away that they have an arrangement with.

  The property was very clean and comfortable however it took over 30 minutes to find the place. There were no clear signs whatsoever so ever. gps shows a complete different location, had to walk 10 mins to get to the location. The main gate was closed for late checkin and the watsapp number was also closed so we couldn’t reach out. Only tue pizza guy next to the building helped us and let us in after almost 30 minutes of struggle

  The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge. The bathroom had also a small jacuzzi and a good hairdryer.
  The location was good although google maps guides you to a different place. Close to two different metro stations.
  
  What could be improved: The instructions to access the building were a bit confusing because the link to find the instructions on where to find the keys had been disappeared.
  The sofa bed wasn’t very comfy.

  What could be improved: There is no table and chairs in the room as shown in the photo, we had to eat sitting on the floor, or move the table from the balcony. The room is very small, tiny, there was also a kettle and cups in the room, but they did not leave even a single tea bag. In addition to the huge cost of the room, when registering guests you must pay a huge tourist fee of 25 €, this is not normal, since we stayed only for a night. There was also a complaint about the time of check-in and check-out, check-in from 3 pm, and if you want earlier even two hours 25 €, keep this in mind, and check-out at 10 am, if you want a couple of hours later also an extra charge. The owner of the hotel was loyal and kind, and settled a couple of issues with me, thank you, but they can be avoided by changing the policy.
