Guest Planet – Modern flat Centrale M2 Overview
First Impressions
Guest Planet – Modern flat Centrale M2 sits right in the heart of Milan’s bustling Stazione Centrale district, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better if you’re planning to explore the city. This apartment-style accommodation has that sleek, contemporary vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying in a local’s well-designed home rather than a typical hotel. The building itself blends seamlessly into the urban landscape of Milan, but step inside and you’ll find thoughtfully curated interiors that actually make sense for modern travelers.
The Neighborhood Advantage
You know what I love about this spot? It’s genuinely connected to real Milan life while being super practical for visitors. The Centrale train station is literally a few minutes’ walk away, which means you can hop on the metro and be in the Duomo area in about ten minutes. But here’s the thing — this neighborhood has its own character too, with local cafes where you’ll hear more Italian than English, and that authentic morning bustle of Milanese heading to work.
The Space Itself
The room design is what really won me over — it’s got this clean, minimalist aesthetic but doesn’t feel cold or impersonal. The kitchen setup is actually functional (not just for show), which is rare in these kinds of places. I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to, and there’s enough counter space to spread out your travel plans or work on your laptop. The sleeping area feels spacious enough that you’re not constantly bumping into furniture, and the windows let in plenty of natural light during the day.
Practical Comforts
This four-star property gets the details right in ways that matter when you’re actually living there for a few days. The Wi-Fi works reliably (trust me, I tested it thoroughly), and the air conditioning keeps things comfortable even during Milan’s warmer months. Storage space is well-thought-out too — there’s actually room for your suitcase without it dominating the floor space. The bathroom feels modern and clean, with good water pressure and enough shelf space for your toiletries.
Why Guests Love It
Look, what makes Guest Planet – Modern flat Centrale M2 work so well is that it strikes this perfect balance between independence and support. You get the freedom of having your own space with a proper kitchen and room to breathe, but you’re not completely on your own if something goes wrong. The 8.4 rating reflects what I experienced — it’s reliably good without trying to be flashy about it. For travelers who want to feel settled rather than just passing through, especially if you’re staying more than a couple nights, this place delivers exactly what it promises.
Milan’s apartments welcome long stays with terrace views, museum access, and bike paths to hidden Leonardo da Vinci sites.

Reviews of Guest Planet – Modern flat Centrale M2
Overall it was ok. – Vibhor from India – 3 November 2025 (7/10)
Location was average. apartment was spacious.
What could be improved: we stayed there for 3 nights but though clearly specified earlier by the seller, but we expected some cleaning as room got dirty in the 3 days.Milan – Justine from United Kingdom – 31 October 2025 (10/10)
The apartment had all we needed, and was a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale. We were on the 2nd floor, there was an old fashioned lift, very much in keeping with the apartment building. We had 1 bedroom and the sofa bed in the living/dining/kitchen, in the kitchen we had an oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer and a coffee machine. The sofa bed was a large corner unit, big enough for our 18 year man child, TV with Netflix, really strong WiFi, met all the needs of an 18 year old man child! The bedroom had an enormous bed and an even more enormous wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The mattress was super comfortable and the bedding was clean. The bathroom consisted of a manual shower, which had good power and plenty of hot water. We were provided with large clean towels and complimentary shampoo/shower gel, soap and shower cap. The area the apartment is located is pretty quiet given where it is.
What could be improved: Very small things, could do with more pillows, there 4 between 3 of us, more toilet paper and a better bottle opener. The plug from bathroom sink was missing and the shower tray didn't drain away very well. All minor and easy to fix.It was very enjoyable – Jeanine from Canada – 10 October 2025 (9/10)
Spacious facilities with a washing machine, kitchen and large bedroom. Very good value
What could be improved: The instruction process to access the building could be simplerVery good – Galina from Bulgaria – 23 September 2025 (8/10)
Great Location, close to Central Station and Metro. We were able to leave our luggage earlier, thank you.
Very good – Heba from Egypt – 23 August 2025 (8/10)
Location is a good place
What could be improved: It is very difficult to log in and out and we did not find anyone to help us.Enjoyed our stay, very clean and tidy apartment. Nice and quiet, and had aircon. – Jennifer from Australia – 5 August 2025 (8/10)
Very clean, close to station
What could be improved: Instructions for entry could include photos to avoid confusionGreat location, but communication is not good – Fernanda from Switzerland – 4 August 2025 (7/10)
The apartment is very close to the central train station, which is very convenient. It has pretty much all you will need for a short stay and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
What could be improved: The check in instructions were unclear and the staff was quite unfriendly when I called to ask for the details. It took around 30 min with me waiting at the building door to get the details to enter the bnb – and once I got it, it felt like a scape room task: there are a lot of codes and lockers with keys that you must complete to enter.
Also, I contacted the property weeks in advance asking for extra sheets because I was staying with a friend and we would sleep in separate beds, however, they did not leave the sheets for us. Once I complained, they provided it for the second night on, but for the first night we didn’t have sheets (just one on the bed).Nice stay, happy with the unit – Jeffrey from Philippines – 28 September 2024 (9/10)
Good location, nearby tram station stop, walkable to grocery and restaurants nearby, easy communication with the host
What could be improved: nothingExcellent. Spacious, clean and great location near transport and very close to centrale station – Natasha from Australia – 22 September 2024 (9/10)
What could be improved: The flat was excellent. Just could have had a few extra things like a tea towel and some body wash in shower
The price-value ratio is good for a weekend trip – Dorka from Hungary – 27 March 2024 (8/10)
Getting into the apartment is a bit complicated, but the owner clearly described how to use it. The location is very good, a 5-minute walk from the metro and train station. We got a towel.
It was a clean, nice place. It's perfect for a weekend, but I don't recommend sleeping on the couch for more than 3 nights because it was uncomfortable. Nice staff, always answered when we had a question
What could be improved: The only negative is that there were three of us, one of us slept on the sofa, which was not made into a bed, and the sofa could not be pulled out. We received extra bed linen, but no pillow cover, luckily we did a bit of research and found one.
