  What could be improved: L’isolamento acustico era pessimo: sembrava di avere i mezzi pubblici proprio accanto, tanto era forte il rumore. Nonostante nel regolamento fossero indicate delle fasce orarie di silenzio, i vicini facevano un baccano insopportabile. Il riscaldamento non funzionava correttamente e nel bagno si sentiva un fastidioso odore di scarico, anche se almeno l’acqua calda era disponibile. Inoltre, dovevamo occuparci noi stessi della spazzatura e ci siamo ritrovati a dover smaltire anche i rifiuti organici lasciati dagli ospiti precedenti.

  Very good location. Just in front of De Angeli metro station. There are several supermarkets & wonderful restaurants near by. There are 2 direct transportation for visiting the Stadio Sansiro.
  The facility is clean enough, kitchen has dish washer and enough tools for cooking, the bath has tub, good water volume and the water was enough hot.
  
  What could be improved: Because the location is too good, we heard the sound of metro, tram & cars very clearly and it was bit noisy. The soundproof is not strong enough. We could hear the voice and noice from the neighbors.
  The biggest issue for us was auto check-in to the facility. Both of mine & my son's cellphone could not have roaming timely, we did not have an internet connection and could not enter the facility. We got a free wifi outside the "Terre D'Italia" (around 50 meters from the facility) and asked the facility management to opend the gate.
