The bilocale (that’s Italian for two-room apartment, by the way) really delivers on the “charme” part of its name. You get a proper living area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the bedroom is separated enough that it actually feels like you have space to breathe. The kitchen setup surprised me — it’s compact but functional, with everything you need if you want to grab some fresh ingredients from the local markets. The whole place has this modern-meets-cozy vibe that works really well for Milan.

  What could be improved: Beaucoup de luminosité le matin dans l’appartement car portes non occultantes et volet laissant passer la lumière – mais un simple détail suivant les personnes.
  Frais de ménage (75€ pour deux nuits) et frais de check-in tardif (21:00 – 25€ en cash), frais annexes (25€ + 25€)… un peu excessif

  Great apartment in a good location, easy to get everywhere. TV wasn’t working and is was pretty loud even in the evening but overall we enjoyed our stay there.
  
  What could be improved: TV wasn’t working, loud neighborhood, the boiler was off so first shower was pretty cold until we found the boiler and that it was off. But everything else was good, especially loved design.

  Casa pulita, proprietaria accogliente con check in fatto di persona. Bagno pulito e ben fatto, con il divano letto è come avere due camere. La cucina ben attrezzata (alcune cosine sono da aggiungere come spugna per lavare stoviglie e burazzo) ma c'erano le pastiglie per lavastoviglie. Libri hanno colpito la nostra attenzione e ci ha fatto molto piacere. Stile della casa moderno e con qualche tocco vintage.

  La propiedad es bastante amplia, muy limpia y cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es excelente, permite moverse por Milán con tranquilidad, está muy cerca de la estación de tren Porta Garibaldi.

  Eine kleine perfekte Wohnung mitten in Chinatown von Mailand. Tolle Asiatische Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Wer Abends etwas Party möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
  
  What could be improved: Keine Schallschutzfenster. Da die Ferienwohnung direkt in der Straße von Chinatown liegt, ist es Abends sehr laut. Das Wohnzimmer liegt direkt zur dieser Straße. Das Bettsofa nutze da unsere Tochter und konnte keine Nacht vor 2.00 Uhr Morgens schlafen. Es war sehr laut. Bessere Fenster wären zur Straßenseite angebracht. Mit Fenster offen ging es gar nicht. Wir wussten das Bauarbeiten am Haus sind, aber das ab 7.00Uhr es zum Innenhof so laut ist und mit einem Presslufthammer gearbeitet wird, konnten wir die Nächte kaum schlafen. Schade…
