But here’s the thing most people don’t realize — this particular stretch of Via Napo Torriani is actually quieter than you’d expect for being so close to all the action. The Corso Buenos Aires shopping district is right there when you want it, but you’re not dealing with constant foot traffic outside your window.

The Room Experience

My room was on the third floor, and honestly, it felt more spacious than the photos suggested. The design isn’t trying to be trendy or minimalist — it’s just comfortable and well-thought-out. The bathroom was surprisingly modern, and I mean that as someone who’s stayed in plenty of European three-stars where the plumbing feels like an afterthought. The air conditioning actually worked properly too, which you can’t always count on during Milan’s sticky summer months.

Breakfast happens in this bright ground-floor space that gets great morning light. It’s not an elaborate spread, but they do fresh pastries and decent coffee — which, let’s be honest, is what matters when you’re in Italy. The staff here genuinely seem to care about getting details right, from remembering your preferences to offering solid recommendations about getting around the city. There’s parking available if you’re driving, though I’d honestly recommend against having a car in Milan unless you absolutely need it.

  Location close to the Milano Centrale station is ideal.
  
  What could be improved: The plumbing in the bathroom was a bit weird; the plugs of the sink was very tightly closed and hard to open, the mechanism did not work. Had to pry it open with a tool. And there was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom.

  We stayed just one night here but it would have been fine for longer. The reception staff were excellent and very friendly. We were able to check in 2 hours early which was great. Breakfast is a buffet with a selection for everyone. The rooms were clean and the bed was firm. Great shower. Noise wasn't an issue but we were on the first floor at the back. We were able to leave our bags for the day as we explored.

  What could be improved: did not have breakfast but did get 3 1/2 full paper cups of the tiniest paper cups of coffee and it cost me 15.00 . It was horrible coffee -tasted like instant even tho it came from a machine .
