  What could be improved: Die Töpfe in der Küche sind nicht benutzbar.
  Die Lage ist nicht am Hauptnavigli, sondern an einem Nebenkanal, abends ein nicht so ansprechender Ort.

  What could be improved: We arrived on Saturday, our flight was a little bit late, so we arrived after 19:00.
  They sent me an explanation of how to enter the apartment. (It was not so easy).
  The location in google maps doesn't bring you to the parking, it brings you to NO ENTRANCE ROAD.
  BE CARFUL THE APARTMENT IS NOT AN APARTMENTS HOTEL!!!!
  THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM SATURDAY 19:00 TILL MONDAY 9:00.
  We had issues with the air-conditioning and with the electricity thank to one of the neighbors that helped me to reach the electricity cabinet to turn the breaker ON….
  We had an issue with our child, that vomited on his bed and they brought us sheets only when they could answer our messages (monday morning).
  If there was a way to communicate with thrm it this it would be easier.
  We suffered two days out of three day that we booked.

  What could be improved: De site geeft dat de accommodatie een prive parkeerplaats heeft. Dat is niet zo!
  Parkeren is lastig en best wel duur.
  Men reageert helemaal niet op email of berichten vanuit Booking.com.
  Pas op dag van aankomst communiceert men via Whatsapp. Dat gaat wel goed.

  Location of apartment was close to public transport, making it easy to access centre of city.

  What could be improved: Apartment was advertised as non-smoking, however the apartment had an extremely strong smell of smoke on arrival, to the point we purchased an air freshener for our stay.
  Apartment was advertised as two bathrooms, it isn't. It has 2x toilets and 1x shower.
  Hot water was barely warm most days (requiring no cold).
  Apartment was advertised as no pets, yet it has a cat scratching wall.

  We liked everything! We needed a place to stay for an art fair nearby And it was oir first trip to Milan, hosts are responsive, solution-oriented, gave us indications for local restaurants. The balcony view is to die for, you can cook, two bathrooms etc, etc. Honestly 10/10!
