Italianway – Corso Garibaldi 104 Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Italianway – Corso Garibaldi 104, you immediately get that feeling you’re in the right spot. I mean, Corso Garibaldi itself is one of those streets that just screams central Milan — busy enough to feel alive, but not so chaotic that you can’t enjoy the walk. The building has that classic Milanese architecture that makes you feel like you’re staying somewhere with actual character, not just another generic hotel block. The entrance welcomes you with elegant details that set the tone for your stay.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s the thing about this place — the location score of 9.4 isn’t just marketing fluff. You’re genuinely in the heart of everything, and I noticed couples seem to get this more than anyone (they rate it 9.2, which honestly makes sense). From here, you can walk to the Duomo in about fifteen minutes, but you’re also close to the Brera district where the real Milan happens. The Porta Garibaldi area has transformed into this cool mix of business and nightlife, so you’ve got options whether you want aperitivo or need to grab a quick espresso before a meeting. The surrounding streets offer galleries, boutiques, and authentic trattorias.
The Space Itself
This four-star property feels more like a well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel room, which is exactly what you want when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The space is thoughtfully laid out — you know how some places feel cramped even when they’re technically big enough? This isn’t that. There’s actually breathing room, and the design feels authentically Italian without being over-the-top about it. Each apartment includes modern amenities and comfortable furnishings.
The Neighborhood Experience
What I really appreciate about staying here is how quickly you slip into the local rhythm. The morning coffee ritual at the bar downstairs becomes second nature, and you start recognizing the same faces heading to work or walking their dogs. Corso Garibaldi connects you to both the fashion district and the more residential areas, so you get this nice balance of tourist Milan and actual Milan. Plus, the metro connections are solid — Porta Garibaldi station is right there when you need to venture further out. The neighborhood truly captures the essence of contemporary Milan.
Why Guests Love It
The 7.8 rating tells you this place delivers on what it promises without any major surprises. It’s not trying to be the fanciest spot in the city, but it nails the fundamentals that actually matter when you’re traveling. The staff seems to understand that guests want to feel settled rather than constantly serviced, and there’s something refreshing about that approach. You get the independence of having your own space with the backup of hotel-style support when you need it — which, honestly, is probably what most of us are looking for when we travel these days. This balance makes it an ideal choice for discerning travelers.
Exploring Milan blends Renaissance art heritage, UNESCO landmarks, and vibrant neighborhoods glowing with golden-hour lights.

What could be improved: The only negative things was the flat hasn’t good insulation for noise.AWESOME APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION. – Bertha from United States – 2 July 2025 (10/10)
This place exceeded our expectations. The location was SUPERB! It was an entire apartment with 2 huge rooms, 2 bathrooms. We were upgraded and I was very skeptical at first, but staying here made our visit to Milan so much better. LOVED staying at Corso Como.
GRAZIE MILLE!Good location and if you´re self -catering its fine. – Charles from United Kingdom – 1 July 2025 (7/10)
No breakfast. Location v. good. Good security getting in and out.
What could be improved: The only issue was the keys and locating the person in the right portal which actually is Nº 46or something. Wasn´t at all clear but otherwise fine.
Cleanliness Sunday morning not good. It was like walking through an ashtrayPleasant – Sandeep from India – 4 May 2025 (6/10)
The flat was neat and clean and well equipped.
What could be improved: The only thing we didn't like is that there should be a staff to accompany and co operate with the guests as they are coming from a different country/city. Few things are not even known to them.Superb – Yana from Ukraine – 8 February 2025 (9/10)
I’d like the flexibility of management with check in and check out . Location is perfect metro , restaurants, supermarket all you can find there.
AC and heat panels really warming up the space, which is good in winter.
All cooking equipment available and in good condition.
What could be improved: Just one thing is the ground level and stairs that you must use to ho down , for people with heavy luggage it could be not comfortable.Exceptional – Ahmad from Malaysia – 6 September 2024 (10/10)
Everything is excellent !
Well located and clean – Daniel from Czech Republic – 10 July 2024 (7/10)

What could be improved: Check in through Italianway at train station. It was a nice place to stay with a really good location close to metro. Recommended. – Arsen from Turkey – 5 June 2024 (9/10)
Location was really good, there were some good aperativo places nearby and it was close to metro.
What could be improved: Apartment was below the ground because of the floor difference.
