The neighborhood has that authentic Milan vibe with corner cafés and small shops that actually serve residents, not just tourists.

The Apartment Setup

What you’re getting here is essentially an apartment rental rather than a traditional hotel room. The space I stayed in had a proper kitchen — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation — which saved me quite a bit on dining out. The furnishing is IKEA-meets-Italian-practicality, and while it won’t win design awards, everything works as it should. I mean, the Wi-Fi was solid, the shower had decent pressure, and the bed was actually comfortable.

What Works Well

The kitchen setup really does make a difference if you’re staying more than a couple nights. There’s a decent-sized grocery store about five minutes away, and I found myself enjoying morning coffee on the small balcony more than I expected. The building is quiet — you know how Milan can get noisy, especially in the center — but this area settles down nicely in the evenings. Parking can be found on the street, though it requires some local knowledge about the blue zone restrictions.

  Бесконтактное заселение – очень удобно. Расположение- мне было удобно для моих целей, в шаговой доступности большой супермаркет, прямо напротив автобусная остановка, район приятный, много зелени, окна выходят на теневую сторону, и в квартире нежарко, даже если очень солнечно на улице. Есть плита с духовкой, микроволновка, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Большой шкаф с вешалками. На 1-2 человек достаточно. Ну и конечно большой балкон!
  
  What could be improved: Это оговорено в контракте, но я не понимаю, почему нельзя положить нормальное количество средства для мытья посуды, таблеток для посудомойки и стирального порошка (он вообще не предусмотрен). Это недорого стоит, а гостям будет приятно и удобно. Также соль, перец и масло для готовки не помешали бы. Сковородки уставшие. Бифштекс не пожарите, но для яичницы – ок. Электрический чайник весь в накипи, но есть обычный. Напор воды в душе слабый, но может во всем доме так.

  È la terza volta che soggiorno in questo appartamento. Oltre ad essere tenuto bene, oltre agli asciugamenti, sono presenti in bagno sapone e bagno doccia. In cucina c’è tutto quello che serve, posate e stoviglie, un kit per pulizia piatti ed inoltre detersivo per lavastoviglie e lavatrice.
  
  What could be improved: In quest’ultimo soggiorno il terrazzo non era stato pulito. Per il resto tutto perfetto come sempre.

  La posizione, l'appartamento nel complesso è moderno.
  
  What could be improved: I servizi. Led non accendibili, scarico del bagno che gocciola, immondizia non gettata (alimenti putrefatti fuori sul balcone)
  Inoltre la serratura della porta si è bloccata, che diciamo potrebbe anche capitare (se c'è manutenzione non capita), ma ho aspettato l'arrivo dell'assistenza per risolvere il problema 2 ore fuori di casa e non sono stato contattato neanche per un minimo di rimborso dal disagio.
