There’s decent parking nearby if you’re driving, though honestly, you probably won’t need a car much once you’re here.

  Location is good (direct train to Malpensa airport nearby, all the sights are closed, tram stop in front of the building). The flat is ok to stay 1-2 nights.
  
  What could be improved: Complex check in procedure, you need to have internet connection in order to open front door and get the keys.
  At 3 pm (stated check in time) the flat was not ready and we were asked to wait 15-30 minutes more.
  The apartment was not cleaned well, when we arrived. Dusty floor and especially bathroom was not clean enough.
  I could hear the trams during evening (night?) and the floor in the apartment was vibrating when every tram passed.

  Гарне розташування, поруч парк, станція метро. В пішій доступності більшість туристичних об'єктів. Заселення і виселення безконтактне, без жодних проблем. Два великих телевізори, два кондиціонери, пральна машина.
  
  What could be improved: Часом було трохи голосно від сусідів вже пізнім вечером, щось стукало, гриміло, хтось кричав, не зовсім зручний душ. Але це дрібниці, щоб хоч щось написати в ":(", в цілому все ок.

  A localização é excelente o que torna a viagem prática, bem próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Milão, e também do transporte público. O edifício é funcional, conservado,

  What could be improved: O apartamento necessita de pintura total, o que contribui negativamente com a experiência. Não possui nenhum espelho de corpo inteiro, e o único disponível é pequeno, dentro do banheiro, e com uma altura totalmente fora de padrões convencionais. O chuveiro, apesar de ter um aquecimento muito rápido, não tem nenhuma pressão. Para quem se incomoda com barulhos, o edifício é antigo e o piso de madeira faz bastante barulho, consequentemente escuta-se tudo de outros apartamentos. Passa um bonde na rua, que também gera um ruído alto, mesmo com a janela acústica. Limpeza regular

  Emplacement top avec les commerces, tramway et métro à proximité, idéal pour se déplacer sans véhicule.
  En revanche un peu bruyant la nuit avec les transports en communs, prévoir boules quies pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger.
  Literie et oreiller peu confortables, dommage car l’appartement est sympa en lui-même.
  Et un petit bémol pour l’absence ne serait-ce que de sel et poivre dans la cuisine car l’on achète rarement un pot entier lorsque nous ne sommes que de passage sur une semaine.
  Nous retiendront la praticité du logement.

  2. Туалет в другой комнате, поэтому если путешествуете с друзьями – кому то приходится потерпеть или будить друзей.

  Great location! Great neighborhood! Easy to get there, to get to the airport by metro.
  Close to Sforza castle and walking distance to the Duomo.

  The office is open until 21:00 and the staff very helpful and courteous.
  The apartment was perfect for a single or couple. Very conveniently located with many delights on the street itself (cafe, pastries, street food restaurants) all within a few meters/mins walk, as well as the Metro & train station) .
  
  What could be improved: Apartment facing the street and although this street becomes much more quiet at night, all it takes is a loud disruption (garbage truck, street cleaner, lovers quarrel) and unless you're in a deep realm sleep, you will hear it as though you are outside. That said, this was far less serious that last year when the same situation occurred in front of Cardona station (where I was staying), that situation left you with no sleep.
  I would think any inward facing apartment would resolve this issue for anyone.
  Again, this was not as serious of an issue on this stay.
